The facility is under new management, the manager is very rude. Not professional at all. He's racial and doesn't have consideration to help the customer needs.

I had an amazing experience yesterday and today renting my truck. Ms Cherry at store 929027 was professional, with a great attitude. I would like to give her a shout-out for a job well done. Thank you; for making my experience using U-Haul great.

Everyone there is so friendly, it was very easy to pick up and drop off the truck I rented. I would highly recommend this location.

The front counter person was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was easy to pick up the equipment. I had a hard time finding a truck, so I asked someone nearby that was working with the trucks. He helpfully pointed it out to me and also showed me where the Xs were on the truck and assured me that I wouldn't be charged for anything that wasn't my fault. I am very happy with my experience here.

The website instructions were to "skip the line" go up to the side of the counter, and show the agent your order. Since personal information is disclosed to the reps, I thought it rude to stand closer than 6ft to the side of the counter. I waited, but the 2 reps never looked up from their computers/desks even when they would call "next in line", let alone, notice someone standing out of line to the side of her desk. I questioned the manager about this and was told that the current company expectation is to interrupt the rep while they are in the middle of talking to their customer to tell them I need the keys to my vehicle. While waiting to talk with the manager, one rep said I could call corporate if I didn't like the procedure. I explained to them that there was blank space on the wall and if a business interaction is to be interrupted, there should be a sign explaining that, or a square on the ground to stand it, but even that would be useless if the reps never look up to acknowledge anyone who isn't directly in front of them. The manager seemed adamant that the current policy is to interrupt a customer interaction, so please list that in the instructions on the website then. I already felt uncomfortable walking around the line, but it was made even worse when the staff also ignored me as if I really was being rude. The scoffing by one rep while I was explaining why this is a terrible business practice to the manager felt disrespectful. And the other rep's comment to just call corporate makes me sure that they feel nothing will happen to them, so, no, I will not recommend your services or use them again myself unless you can make the experience vastly less uncomfortable. I would rather have waited in line the old fashioned way since I still had to wait for another customer who came in after me to be helped before I was acknowledged.PS the truck hadn't even been inspected and had damage on the side that wasn't yet reported when I picked it up. Make sure to always take and submit pics before driving it off the lot or they will charge you for someone else's recklessness and their incompetence

Customer service is terrible . Reps at desk will ignore that your there or even say hello. Then be rude once they decide to acknowledge you presence. Overall wont be renting from here again felt so uninvited and a bother to the staff at this location.

I rented here for a year almost on the dot. Security wise, I had no issues. My property was secure the entire time & I had no worries that it would be breached for any reason. Payment was also easy, I paid online via the portal. Hence the reason for the two starts. Now, I would greatly reconsider where you store your belongings due to the internal conditions of these units. The pest/insect control is not well kept. As I moved my unit out last week, my unit was infested with mouse droppings & live roaches scattering off of my boxes, & even a dead mouse in the back of the unit. When I reported it to the employee working up front, he said he’d make note of it & asked “do you have insurance?”. Well, general renters insurance doesn’t cover insects/rodents due to it being deemed “preventable”. The storage unit is expected to be up to date on their preventative measures. So if you do decide to rent here, please check your unit monthly. & take out an extended policy with your insurance to cover these kinds of instances.

We came in and rented a 26 footer van and Charles Davenport was so so helpful. He made sure we had the right vehicle for our needs which I thought was very kind of him. The gentleman that checked us in need a class on customer service because he has none at all. The only issue I have is the disputed gas charge of $16.75 waiting on a response.

Horrible customer service. They all just talked and didn't help me out for 30 minutes. Just talked amongst each other and when someone eventually did come out to help they were rude.

Customer service horrible. The man working the front desk his vision wasn’t good, he couldn’t even see what he was doing on the computer. He barley moved from one spot. I wasted too much time trying to find where the truck was located and keys as I was a reserved customer coming to pickup. The man at the front desk charged me extra money for services I did not request. Very rude comments from him when I kept coming back in building to ask questions and be assisted. I was pregnant and spent too much time at that location trying to get customer service and my Uhaul reservation I had to redo everything! I will not be doing business at this location again. The staff who works at front desk is lazy!

This review is to commend the 2 gentlemen Charles and Deville for such an amazing job at helping me get my car set in place onto a hitch. We have a very long drive ahead of us and need to tow my car along. They assisted in getting my car loaded on and we are finally on our way out of the state. Thanks again guys!!!

I booked my storage a week in advance to secure my spot ! When I get there i gave all the information I needed to get a key card then was told that the storage was personally checked by the employee that checked me in . I went up to check the storage out and to allow the movers I was paying by the hour to start moving my things in to the storage. Instead they wasn’t able to start due to the fact that the storage already had a lock on it . I let the employee know and she broke the lock just to realize the storage that she stated she already checked but she didn’t ever check it was still occupied with someone else things . So I had to get two smaller storages which I had to wait two hours for and they’re are too small for my things . I would have took my business elsewhere but I had already had to the movers to unload the truck. I ended up having to pay the movers over $400 for a $200 job because this storage place failed to do their job !

One of the poorest general manager i have ever seen. We had reservation with my co driver. Reached the general manager asked us what do we do for a living we told him we are a truck drivers, He asked 3 emergency contacts after mine and my co driver. He called all the 3 emergency contacts. 2 answered and the third emergency was not answered, the general manager said in rude way I can't rent you my u haul. What we call this?

Gave storage keys away, couldn't track down who got it. Horrible service and I would never recommend
