Rented a box truck, and the service was amazing and fast. They helped with all the paperwork, and it was the fastest i servise I've seen other compared to other locatoins where i had to wait for long periods of time

Returning to Houston filled me with excitement. I confidently chose this storage unit as my primary option to store my belongings, including some valuable tools that belonged to my husband. However, just two weeks later, my unit was forcibly entered. I am convinced that this theft was orchestrated from within. Someone within the facility knew the contents of my unit and colluded with others to carry out the crime. It was a targeted attack, with only my unit being breached, and all of my husband's tools were stolen. I strongly advise against renting storage space here if you possess valuable items susceptible to resale. Further investigation revealed that such targeted break-ins are alarmingly common at this location. Reporting these incidents to the police proves to be a daunting task, as the perpetrators exploit the known challenges in law enforcement response to their advantage.

I recently rented a storage unit and truck from U-Haul and had a great experience. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the truck was in excellent condition. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service I received from Alex. He went above and beyond to help me with all aspects of the rental process, from selecting the right storage unit to showing me how to use the truck. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout, and made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend U-Haul, and especially want to thank Alex for his outstanding service.
