Donnie is the friendliest and most helpful U-Haul employee in Houston. Can’t find any location that will pick up a phone let alone show any motivation to refill my propane tanks. Donnie is the exception. Coming here first from now on.

Mr Eric the general manager helped me with getting my needs met. I arrived to pick up a cargo trailer which I had reserved a 6 x 12 and come to find out there wasn’t one for me and I needed to move my furniture that day. I was alittle flustered and he was amazing and hooked me up with a 10’ cargo truck and gave me a price that was comfortable for my budget. I am so very grateful that Mr Eric helped me in a crunch. He is a great manager.

The Manager Mr. Eric helped me with the perfect truck size in my moment of concern whether the items would fit. He told me how it would fit and was absolutely spot on. No extra space or need for a second trip. He is very nice, patient, and keeps the products and trucks organized and clean. I appreciate the great quality service and will remain a returning customer to this particular store.

Rented a truck from here and I had trouble in traffic. I called and called to let them know I was gonna be 30 min late but no answer. And when I get there they're systems are down. An employee there took my key. Later that day I notice I was charged for a while mother day plus an additional 74$. Bringing it to a total of 274$ . So I call up there and no answer. I get on the app to try to see the digital receipt and the app to call an automated service. This was this past weekend, and I still don't know what I was charged for so if I could I would leave lower rating. Don't go here, THEY ARE THIEVES. It's been two weeks now and no one from this place has reached out , and maybe offer a refund. Still the same comment, DON'T GO HERE, THEY ARE THIEVES

We had rented a trailer from another UHaul location, and could not get the rear lights to work. It was recommended we come to this location as they handle trailers specifically and we were so happy we did. Phil Fredrick (manager) and Erik were PHENOMENAL in trouble-shooting the issue which took a solid hour to diagnose. The problem was ultimately with our car and a a bad fuse, but they could not have been more patient. Erik in particular was dogged in his persistence in figuring out the issue. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Grateful to these men!

This storage location sells items on FB market place. The seller never showed up. The staff (very friendly and helpful) said that the seller changed his mind and wasn't coming in that day. Very unprofessional.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Paid the fee to have uhaul secure my car onto the tow trailer. Guy specifically told me he did not chain my rear axle and that be chained it to the frame. Did not mention he chained in the front. HE CHAINED IT TO MY DAMN FRONT AXLE WHAT AN IDIOT. I PAID TO HAVE THEM INCORRECTY SECURE MY CAR AND POTENTIALLY CAUSE HUGE DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE. Also, lady at the front counter needs to be fired. Definitely should not be in customer service. Her attitude and work ethic would be better suited as a walmart stocker.

The staff at this location were amazing. I had to find a location that had rental boxes in stock. Did you know you can rent large moving crates from U haul ? They are a game game changer. I found out after I purchased over 20 boxes already. I was concerned about the rental boxes fitting in my car but they came and put them in my car for me. They were patient and very friendly with my multiple questions. Moving can be a headache but the staff made my frustrated time a breeze. I only rented five at 20 bucks for two weeks. It's cheaper if you are getting them last minute. I didn't want to rush my packing.
