TL;DR the trailer hitch installation appointment I booked 2+ weeks in advance was rescheduled multiple times, and we then had to take the car in four separate times to get the hitch and wiring installed correctly.This is my first google review, but I had such a bad experience I wanted to share. I booked an appointment for a trailer hitch installation online 16 days in advance. The appointment got rescheduled FOUR times, and when I finally drive up there I get told I will need to come back the next day too, because the technician only has time to install the hitch, but not do the wiring. I have to work the next day so my wife drives up, and gets told that the wiring we ordered is not correct (I made the reservation online where it auto-selects the equipment based on the make, model, and year of your car). so they will need to re-order overnight and will contact us once they receive the correct wiring. We don't hear back all week so I call on Saturday and speak to the assistant manager who says he will check and get right back to me. I don't receive any call back, so call again on Saturday and speak to the GM who says to come again on Monday. We take to car back and complete the installation. That Thursday I go to pick up the U-haul trailer from a different location, only for them to tell us that the wiring was not installed correctly and its not safe to drive. I then have to go back again the next morning for a 4th time to finally get the trailer hitch installed the day we were moving out of town. Terrible experience from start to finish.

Yesterday, in a 12 hour period, I experienced 2 incredibly helpful & super friendly employees.1st, I dropped off an auto transport trailer in the morning & was assisted by a lovely woman (I only wish I could remember her name... She was an African-American woman) who provided friendly & quick service, getting me in & out super fast!Later that night, shortly after closing, I attempted to do a self check-in, dropping off the truck I rented in NW Arkansas & ran into issues thanks to UHaul's app issues. It was super frustrating, but in no way the locations issue.To my rescue, came, Emmanuel, the General Manager of the location. While the building was closed & locked up, he saw me struggling outside & came outside to help me.He saw the app issues & quickly stepped in, providing the easiest solution for me to be able to leave right away.My personal experience with these 2 extremely polite & helpful employees would have me recommending this location without hesitation.Thank you, Emmanuel! I know we spoke about the woman that helped me earlier in the day so please make sure to give her my thanks as well.Your team there deserves raises!

I rented a flatbed truck, and the lady told me that they “don’t accept debit cards.” I didn’t want to use my credit card for this I wanted to use cash. I didn’t see the point in using a credit card for a 2 hour service. This lady was super condescending. I called my uncle and he was baffled by it. I called customer service they do in fact accept debit.Do not go here!

Lousy service, a brunette lady with short hair is extremely aggressive with customers, it seems that she does not like her job at all and if your level of English is not the most native is super humiliating, how sad that u Haul has staff so unpleasant with their customers.

The location and team is very professional and welcoming!! Emmanuel B was nothing but amazing and went over and beyond to make my visit and move perfect and did whatever it took to make my move smooth! Great job and keep up the good work! I’ll be back for my future moves and reservations.

I arrived after hours. The general manager was accommodating and let me in, and allowed me to buy what I needed. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly and helped me load my car.

Emanuel and his team were amazing to work with. I needed 300 boxes at the last minute and they not only helped load my car twice they were super kind after I made a mistake. Also added extra supplies because the prices were so competitive. Highly recommend!!

I’ve used U-HAUL U-box once before to move half way across the U.S. and had the worst possible experience with the worst customer service, now I’m moving to AK and U-HAUL is one of the only moving companies to use, going to this location specifically completely changed my mind. The entire staff and management team are so kind and helpful. I’ve never had a better customer service than experience and hope they get the recognition they deserve! The GM was wonderful and he trained his team well!

I came here this morning to move my things into storage and was very politely greeted by the GM, Emanuel, he showed me to my storage when he saw I didn’t have any help he and James both moved my things into my storage for me. I was very thankful and appreciative of these 2 as they made my move quick easy & hassle free! Lol thanks again ❤️

Good service and plenty of selection for do-it-yourself moving. You would think pricing would be high being a specialty store, but the prices are actually very reasonable. I purchased 4 rolls of tape, 200 sheets of non-print packing paper, 2 markers, a box cutter and box labels this afternoon all for $34.64. I thought that was pretty good. I always use U-Haul for my DIY moving. Most of the time, they are conveniently located and the service is good at most locations.

The staff there pretended like they were giving me a deal, but in reality I was forced to pay something like 50% more than the quote I was given online, even after one of the items was removed from my order for not being available at that location. Infuriating. I will not be using UHAUL ever again. Clearly there is no communication between the firmwide online team and the actual stores about equipment availability and quote pricing. A completely unprofessional business just looking to screw the customer at every turn.
