Alert!!!! Please be aware of this location:
I went into this location on July 14th with a booked reservation. I walk in and to pick up my cargo van that I had booked for 2 hours. At the counter was someone who had absolutely no idea what he was doing, I handed him a business credit card for US bank and he told me that he had no idea what this card was and had to ask someone else if this was legit credit card- blew my mind. I explained to him that was a national known huge bank all over the world, after going through all that verification, I was told that they couldn’t rent to me because my Emergency contact had a balance with them, which had nothing to with me. The guy at the front desk said he called his “general manager” and she told him that he couldn’t rent to me because I may be renting for someone else- I couldn’t believe what this guy was saying because it made absolutely not sense.
I left and went down the street to the next uhaul and rented with no issues- beware of this location, the general manager is beyond racist and will give not rent to black Americans without a hard time.

Supposed to be open at 9 doors were locked till i left at 10:15 go to another location. One that knows their own hours of operation

Great experience overall. The female agent at pickup and male agent at return were both professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Vehicle was new and very clean. Would certainly rent from this location again.

This place sucks there is a lady who is super rude she doesn’t take the time to explain anything I rent one of those truck with a winshield sign for only $20 but some how I end it up paying $90 for using the truck for no more than 3 hours
Not recommended to anyone
If u need a truck
Please go somewhere else
