Very bad experience specially at this store i returned the truck and dude charged me for 25 dollars
And when i asked him he told me there is cleaning fee and only thing inside was a wrapper of Lays
And keep shouting for none

If I could give this place a minus score I would! Someone used my credit card (I don’t even live in the state)which they didn’t seem to check any ID before allowing, now I have to file a police report to get debt collectors to stop harassing me. Trying to get anyone from customer service to deal with is a nightmare. I’ve been transferred multiple times to people that can’t help. This location that did not take the time to do the proper paper work and check to verify identification should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. And for a company to make the victim of fraud have to run around to try and fix this?! Seriously?! Shame on you U-Haul! Also at this location I was trying to talk to the manger bob and the woman that I was talking to hung up on me, very rude!

I used this location because I needed access hours after work, and "new management" has changed those access hours to only be office hours (when I'm working) without notice or posting anything. Today I arrived just before it closed, and they had disabeld the elevator early to lock me out from droping off my stuff. All the gate codes and signs still say normal hours and the employee still there says "if I did (my job) for you, I'd have to it for everyone
