The worst experience I have ever had in the US. The place is awful and I had also reserved some essential devices which were not able when I checked in. Disgusting place to pick up as well. The truck tank was empty.

Not an ideal place. Waited approximately 30 minutes for someone to "help" us hook up the trailer in the muddy parking lot. People were okay but service was very very slow. Place was totally filthy. I'm just happy that they actually had the trailer we needed, but it was buried behind a bunch of other trailers we had to move manually. I think they're only surviving as a business because of their location.

Lcoation was dirty, the truck was dirty, the millage on paper was one mile more than the actual and the gas on paper was higher the actual, the treatment of the staff was unprofessional and horrible, the place is so dirty and should not have license to operate. the invoce sent was wrong, they charged for gas even though i filled it up from nearby kroger and i have the reciept.

I had booked a U-haul van at this location and when I showed up they had no available vehicle. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and instead of help me switch the reservation or tell me what was going on he was just eating and being completely unhelpful. They basically kick me out when I complained to them that they were providing terrible service. In the end I got a different van at a different more professional location.Also, the place was extremely dirty and service above rude. I hope U-haul will do something about it because they are losing their face allowing this location to operate.

This place is a mess, truck was filthy.Front desk customer service was poor. They hand you a key and expect you to go look for your truck in a very disorganized field. These guys don’t deserve to be a Uhaul dealer. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

Nice easy return. Just wanted to say Julius helped my return go smoothly and even helped me navigate to the nearest bus stop. He went over and beyond and I cant thank him enough! Thanks again

Needed a 10’ van last minute to move a few large things and this place was the only U-Haul in town that had one. Rental process was easy - in-and-out in 5mins. The place is a little dirty and the parking lot they keep the vans in needs to be paved or at least leveled out bad, pot holes everywhere. Otherwise can’t complain.
