I asked how much to pull my carrier bearing off the driveshaft I had in the back of my truck. There is a special tool which I bought but was cheap. Please I will give you $100. He said no o do it all or nothing. Just needed 10 min. To help someone out. And get paid. Wow. I bet if you needed air in your tire you'd have to buy 4 tires because he wouldnt sell 1. Wow

Customer Service is terrible i recently came to drop off a uhaul and the employee was so confrontational and rude it was insane! Wanted to charge me twice because the drop-off location was not listed on my contract. I had to call the national Uhaul line to correct my drop off location, which was a quick 2 minute phone call fix. This employee threw my Uhaul papers back at me in the lobby and want to argue the difference between Houston Texas and Cypress Texas, I live across the street from this location and I'm fully aware of where I live. What's printed on a piece of paper is not worth arguing about. I will always go out of my way to avoid ever coming to this place ever again.
