The workers. The two lady's I didn't get their name but they were amazing, funny , inviting I really enjoyed my experience at this u haul location on 8330 hwy 6, but OMG they were sooooo nice and quick. They made my day in 15 mins 😁 oh yeah the rental I rented a van it was nice and clean full of gas and easy to drive. This was my best u haul experience EVER and I have rented a lot with them. This location is the best hands down from management to the maintenance man 😆!

I recently had my first experience renting a U-Haul, and unfortunately, it was a disaster from the moment I walked in. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude, constantly cutting me and others off while we were trying to ask questions. It felt like we were bothering him just by being there.
I understand that work can be stressful, but there’s no excuse for treating customers with such a bad attitude — especially when we're just trying to understand the process and get help. If you’re that unhappy in your role, maybe it’s time to consider a new one. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be standard.
This experience really soured my view of U-Haul, and I hope management takes this seriously and works on better training or hiring staff who actually want to assist customers.

Rhonda, the owner is very personable. I have rented from this location several times and I have always had an exceptional experience. They are fast, affordable, friendly, and have great customer service. I highly recommend this location. It is hard to find this level of attention!

I had a great experience with U-Haul 8330 HWY 6N location, even though things didn’t start perfectly. My original reservation was unexpectedly canceled, which was frustrating at first. However, the staff on-site went above and beyond to help me.
Despite being very busy and assisting other customers at the same time, they were patient, attentive, and professional throughout the process. Manager Rhonda Holiday and Katrina truly stood out. They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure I got taken care of as quickly as possible.
Rhonda worked with me to find a solution, and Katrina made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth rental. Their customer service was outstanding and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable.
The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. The return process was just as easy. I really appreciate the level of service I received—this location truly cares about their customers. Highly recommended!

I am thankful to have had 2 wonderful experiences at this location. Both times I needed help picking up a rental (rental secured via online) and dropping off while needing a receipt--the employees were available to help w/questions and were very pleasant. I experienced 2 different 'teams' on 2 separate days, but all individuals were pleasant to speak with. My situation was pretty straight forward. They had the truck i needed, I booked online and then brought it back w/gas tank filled to the correct amount. Got lucky too that it was never busy when I was there.
