The truck they rented me was parked to where it could be backed out. I rented a 26ft truck. I picked it up right at their normal closing time. I tried for 10 min to back this truck out of the space but it was parked to tight. I had to come back the next morning to get another truck. Basically wasted 12hrs I could have been using to load stuff.

Great communication and flexibility. I had to continue to extend the reservation and U-Haul was understanding, affordable and flexible with having to extend multiple times! Will definitely be recommending this location to any family and friends.
