I rented a unit here for over a year and a half, and my experience was excellent. The staff are respectful and helpful, the facility is clean and secure, and I always felt safe storing my things here. Highly recommended!

WARNING!!! The U-Haul truck we rented had a huge leak in cargo ceiling. Most of our belongings got water damaged and I was fallen and hurt due to that water in the cargo. We had the insurance from U-Haul. We filed a claim about 10 days ago and still we didn’t received any call from the adjuster. I tried to contact them many times and they’re ignoring us!

Caller to make payment via the telephone on 01/03 provided my debit card number I was told my balance was $0.00 I never received a confirmation email. However I woke up the next day to a Amazon purchase of $250 being made on my card called back up to the business on 01/04 spoke with the manager he didn’t seem to care much other than the payment was not made . SMH

Store manager did not do there job my belongings was tooking out of the truck never received anything from them yet and it crazy how the store manager told me he got rid of all the rest of my things
