Place used to be good but prices are now out of control. It has become mostly a scammy "insurance" place where they have high list prices and pretend you are getting a good deal if you have their overpriced warranty. Today's example: iPhone battery replacement is 25% higher than Apple or Best Buy, 40% higher than local shops.

This place was fast but very over priced charged $150 to fix my screen, my camera is blurry and now my phone freezes randomly and goes on to different apps and certain keys don’t work… I wouldn’t recommend going here just go to your carrier or Apple Store .

Friendly staff and the repair took a little less than an hour. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because I think it's a little overpriced, but I can't complain about the quality of the work; they did a great job

They had my PS5 for a week and didn't even check it this is not the place to go if you want your console back fast I wish I can give 0 stars... Hated it worst experience I've had with one of these places!!!!

Samsung sent me to them to have my Flip 4 phone case replaced. They said it would be 4 hours. six trips late, now my motherboard and speaker on the top is damaged. They tell everyone that comes in it will take four hours. If 8 hours is a work day, and their were two or three techs onsite, no way they can really take the time to fix your phone correctly. On top of all the people that leaves there phone at the store. NOTE: most of their business is from Asurion claim insurance. Which the tech told me that they don't like it because they don't make any money off the repairs.

Had to bring my phone in for a Google warranty. On both occasions they were quick to fix my phone. Unfortunately I had to bring my phone back for a calibration issue but they made the entire situation that much easier. I would do business with this location in the future.

The visit was pretty straightforward. I brought my phone in, Samsung Z Fold 4, to have the built-in screen protector replaced. They took some information down for Samsung. They kept the phone for about 5 hours. I picked it up, good as brand new. And the work was NOT sloppy. Thank you Guys!

The gentleman I dealt with, Bobby, immediately knew how to handle my problem (loose charger connection on my iPhone) gave me an estimate of how much and how long. When I returned in the stated time, it was ready and fixed. This place is a real find.

Allison was an absolute life saver!!!Was in town for business when my phone screen decided to turn green with no function of phone working. Once my claim was filed I went to the Kirby drive location where my first contact was Allison. Friendly and concerned as I explained how I’m in town for only a short time and my phone was my way to do my work efficiently. She sprang in to action and said “give me a couple hours” 2.5 hours later I walked out with my phone working properly. Thank you Allison for making this experience as painless as possible and keeping me calm. Your service was above and beyond!

I had stellar attention on site. The nightmare experience started when I attempted to return a call from the store to find out the status of my laptop's repair. The automated phone system would only give me options that led to more automated messages - no option to bypass them and speak to a live-person, customer service rep. I thought I was calling the store because that is the phone number on the work order tickets. I also thought I would be talking directly to the technician/rep on site I had just seen a couple of hours before. Of the four options given by the system checking on the status of a work order fit my need closest. I was led to an automated message and put on hold 'while my call was being transferred." I was on hold for about 45 min. at which time I chose to hang up. I dialed again and this time I took option 1 (for store hours and location.) By a fluke, a live agent answered almost immediately. He was somewhat taken aback when I said I had a work order, but he didn't tell me he was at a 'call center' but rather said 'the rep I was looking for was tied up doing something, that he would check with him and let me know whether he could take my call." I was put on hold for about 10 min. He came back and told me "He is almost ready, so it will be a minute or so more on hold." This time it the wait was a 20 min. hold. That totaled 1 hour and a half waiting time and I was extremely frustrated! I told my husband about my experience and he offered to call, this time selecting option 2 in the menu (If you are looking to make an appointment) The phone was almost immediately answered. I then spoke to the answering rep directly and asked him whether he was on site with my rep. He said no, I am at the call center. He immediately connected me to my original rep, who apologised for the long wait to receive the important news he had to deliver. I eventually had to go back to the store to pick up my laptop and I have plans to return after I purchase a new one and do a data transfer, because I trust the brand: I had experienced their service before and was a satisfied customer. The communication loop created by an inefficient call system is at odds with the actual quality of service and put me, today, in an impossible bind, and that is why I am writing this review.Sincerely,Marina Lopez-Fleming

NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE CALLS.Walked in to get an estimate and was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable young lady. Part I needed was not in stock and had to be ordered. Estimated to receive yesterday. When I left the store I received an auto text confirming part prder and a phone number to check for updates. Well yesterday came and went no update. I have called and called and called, both their number as listed by Google as well as the number on the auto text and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!!! Very frustrating and disappointing. Now I've wasted a week when I could have just taken my device elsewhere.UPDATE: After much harassment and contacting the corporate line I was called and told AFTER WAITING A WEEK the part that was ordered is actually not even available!

I cracked the screen of my (fairly cheap) phone. Couldn't get a quote over the phone, so I came into their store. I was told the repair would be almost 4x what I bought the phone for. Unfortunate because I'd heard this place was good, but I guess not in my case :(

I have been into the store a few times recently and each time the service and professionalism has been excellent. Initially, Joel helped me. Then Allison gave me excellent assistance. This is a great store and I recommend it funny to everyone needing a fix for the electronic device!
