Do not take your electronics here. They will break / damage it more than it was already damaged and then tell you that you just must've not known it was damaged??? They broke my charging port and claim I just must've not known it wasn't charging LOLOLOL. Sure dude...something I use daily, I never noticed it wouldn't charge at all. Staff is incompetent. They also broke the ipads home screen button, did admit to that and replaced it. What is right under the home screen button???The charging port. And who broke what??? BEWARE!!!

I have been back here 6 times and every single time I am told they don’t have enough time to complete before close- was told today he is the only one there and told me he was too busy and it would have to be another day- horrible customer service

Thanks to Gabriel and Dre for thier knowledge on cell phones, and the fixed my issue while I waited. Saved me time and money. If you have an issue with your phone, take it to these guys, they probably know this issue and can fix it fairly inexpensive and quick. Thanks again.

When I drop the phone off everything was great. When I picked it up, one of the rep basically threw my phone on the desk instead of handling it to me. Then said “oh sorry” I also had to push the back part of my phone in because it was not attached correctly.

I wish I could give lower than 1 star. These guys turned a 3 hour phone repair into a 3 day ordeal. We dropped the phone off on Thursday afternoon. Their 'technician' called us on Friday and told us that he damaged a cable and they'd call us back to let us know the repair schedule, it's either be done later Friday or Saturday. No call ever came so we called back at about 4p in Friday afternoon. Thats when the runaround started. They were waiting on a manager and hadn't made any progress on the repair. After pushing for a bit to get this progressing we were promised the phone would be repaired Sunday. Sunday comes and no update so we called at 2p. No progress was made. Manager at the store was confused as to what time it was and had no answers on when the phone would be completed. When questioned about it he just refused to do anything and said he'd make the claim for an repairable phone. When I picked the phone up just before 4p on Sunday that still hasn't be done. Phone wasn't even complete, was missing pieces. AVOID THIS PLACE. They don't seem to know how to do anything but screw up, break your devices, and not be useful.
