This is such an awesome gym and amazing community. Carson and the whole staff are friendly and inviting. From seeing how much he cares and personally invests in the members progress and well being, im actually excited to try something new!10/10 recommend: open space, variety of classes and equipment, and expert guidance.

Very supportive community ,All coaches(Julian, Shelby, Edwin,Emmanuel) whom I took their classes always focus on details and how to improve with explanation of various approaches and alternatives to help understand what you are doing and its effects so you comprehend the knowledge more.

Shelby is fantastic to work with as a personal trainer. She focuses on improving fitness based on current abilities- strengthening what needs it while working towards whatever your end goal may be. Five stars!

Visiting from out of town. Carson and Coco were very welcoming and gave us excellent customer service. The gym was clean, equipment well taken care of, and the vibe was just perfect. Y’all did a wonderful job, great work!

I’m a UFC gym member from Cleveland. Thought I would catch a workout while I was in Houston. Carson welcomed me at the door and was a gracious host. Great little gym that offers a wide variety of workout possibilities. Would definitely visit again when I am in town.

Great gym and great facility for an extreme workout! Started with the boxing and kickboxing classes and so far top notch coaches/staff and manager Taylor Segovia. Highly recommend for someone looking for something different as far as a workout!

I joined UFC Gym back in July of 2021, and it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself. The whole UFC Gym staff is just incredible through and through. Whether you're being greeted at the front desk by Carson, attending one of Shelby's HIIT classes, or asking Taylor about hopping in a jiu jitsu class, you will be met with someone who is knowledgeable and always happy to help.The amenities at the gym are phenomenal, from state of the art machines, an Olympic lifting platform, 200 lb. heavy bags, TRX bands, UFC Gym The Heights truly is Houston's best kept secret. The classes are outstanding, all the coaches are at the tops of their fields and amazing to learn from. I have been training with Shelby for 2 years now and I have gone from having never lifted a bar, to hitting lifts more than double my body weight. The coaches at this gym really can help you hit your goals no matter where you're starting from. Whether you're looking to improve boxing technique, advance your grappling skills, or you're just getting started, there is a space for you here.

Been here 3 years now and the Jiu Jitsu program is hands down one of the best in Houston. Everything is managed perfect by Taylor and Carson. The FD, Shelby, is one of the best coaches around. Not even close. Highly recommend!!

I've been going to this gym for about a year and a half. I come for the Jiu Jitsu classes and to lift weights. Very friendly environment. The coaches are great, the equipment and mats are very clean. Price is very reasonable, definitely recommend.

Shelby is amazing! Her workouts are very effective. Also have done kickboxing with Mia, she always changes it up so you’re never bored. Definitely recommend this gym, all the coaches are awesome!
