I went to get one thing and noticed the promotion sign on the shelf starting today which cause me spent some time to figure out what I need to choose so I can get the free gift. Check out was slow and inefficient and the back up staff wasn't friendly at all. When it's time to pay I showed the photo that I took in the store for the free gift, the staff looked less than a minute then told me they don't have it anymore. I said the promotion starts today. And then the other staff said it's on the shelf, you needed to bring it over myself. I then spent another 5 minutes looking for the non-existing free gift. No one came to help. When I went back the line stating they don't have it, the other staff replied they don't control the promotion they just worked there, not apologetic at all. Bad customer service, negative attitude, and poor management. If you don't have the free gift, don't put the sign up. Not only wasting customers' time and cause bad mood. I was happy going in and came out frustrated. Will never go to this store anymore.

I normally never like to leave reviews, but this one was just needed to be done first off. Let’s talk about how I ordered my order at around 12 o’clock. I got to the store around 4 o’clock. There was no cancellation. There was no email sent out I went to the store and I informed them that I got the product off of a prepaid card so there was no way to refund the money, not only was in the representatives, not understanding that once they apologize about not having the product in stock, even though they were supposed to check if the product was in stock two managers came to assist me not neither one of them really helped me out and then on top of that too as well. What happened was the manager itself was very rude. I did not get an apology the whole time then when I asked him to call a different store he’s like well. Why don’t you do it to make the progress faster when in all reality I wouldn’t have even came to the store if there was nothing here so I am out of $75 with no way of getting a refund.

Its crazy I thought i was the only one who felt an energy in there so negative. I went to get a cologne and asked a helper and she says fairly nothing to me and come to find they dont have the right one i wanted and just nothing came out of her mouth, js “looks like we dont have that one” and walks away, no other solution js walks away like okay???? thanks for this what you call good service. No apology or anything. Like atleast try to train your people about problem solving, providing customer support, professionalism and js being simply accommodating!!

Very bad customer service. Reps are rude and rather gossip with each other in a corner than help customers. And when you ‘dare’ go to them for help, they look you up and down and act all annoyed like if you bothered them. The store is also understocked and I can barely find what I need. Never coming back here ! The Ulta down in River Oaks is 10 times better.

Sydney and Dede were so helpful and sweet!!!!! I’m a beginner with makeup and they were so patient this will be my home Ulta. Please give the staff here your support they really try to help you and find things within your budget.

Horrible service. Walked in and no one greeted me, which is weird, considering the store was slow. Walked around for 15 minutes trying to find a specific skin care product, no help just blank stares. Completely embarrassing.

I went into Ulta and I could not find any of the items that I needed, but Sam was able to stop what she was doing and help me find every single item that I need is for an order that I would fill. I do appreciate her time and dedication. She went above and beyond.

I went inside yesterday to get one of the gucci perfumes and the security guard asked if i needed help which i thought was weird since ur security not a perfume specialist. then workers kept asking me if i needed help and it felt like every time i turned around there an employee was pretending to stock stuff. and i work in retail so multiple associates asking u if i need help but ZERO greeted me when i walked in gives off u think im going to steal. i would rather shop at the river oaks location or order online than come back to this location. profiling people isn’t cool & i really pray this location closes down.

The beginning of my visit was great- I received help from a Morphe Rep named Marc and he was AMAZING. He gave me great advice on brushes and even stepped to the back to grab me an item.
The experience soured when I made it to the register. I believe a Tiffany helped me- she was so distracted she didn’t realize that i paid, sent my email receipt, and finished my transaction. She even told me to start over- if i hadn’t shown her my email receipt she was going to try and double charge me. Either way the store itself was fine but maybe some cashier training would help for future interactions.

Not happy with my experience shopping here! I was looking for a perfume and the security kept staring at me and followed me around the store! That made me feel uncomfortable so I just left! 🙄
