Terrible customer service, no one helped me when I was trying to buy fragrances. Lingered around for 15 mins until I finally had to flag down someone to help me, and even then they did so very reluctantly.

Update: 8/10/15 - I dropped in today and was blown away at how wonderful Miguel was. He has great customer service and went above and beyond. He took his time helping me and gave me some tips, so 5 stars for him. However, there was definitely a change this time around in the sense that I was being watched like a hawk, specifically the spanish woman supervisor on the floor. Anywhere I went, there she was. She was not trying to hide it and made for a very uncomfortable shopping experience.
Original Review: I stopped in today and was greeted and assisted by a friendly employee named Mina. She was so friendly and helpful and most definitely deserves a shoutout.

I came in specifically looking for Dior foundation and have had a tough time getting properly matched at other stores—Nordstrom, Sephora, even other Ulta locations. But this visit was a game-changer! Huge shoutout to Miguel at the Dior section—he took his time, made sure I saw the shade in natural sunlight, and really made sure I felt confident in the match. Although they were out of stock on the shade I needed, he helped me find a great alternative and matched me again. His customer service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be sticking to this location from now on!

Refused to do a refund/exchange on a product I had purchased from another location regardless of their policy. Gave me the excuse that it was for “inventory purposes “ Thankfully found another location that was happy to do it for me.

I am very impressed with the stock and presentation of this ulta!!! Great selection and vast inventory with the floor always full of what you need. Management is awesome!! in particular, Therisa was spectacular. As opposed to her coworker, Daphne, who I spoke to first and didn’t look or bother to check anything for me despite inventory online indicating the product was there. I found Therisa, and she took the time to look for the product for me and didn’t give up until it was found. She gave me an experience I can share with others and feel joy whenever I see ulta. Thank you, Therisa!

This location is always so messy. Maybe if the employees spent less time treating people like thieves they’d have more time to tidy up. None of the employees there are very friendly or helpful even when they aren’t watching you like a hawk. Employees aside, the store is kinda dark and cramped making it a not very pleasant shopping experience anyway. I prefer the location in the Heights even if I have to drive a little further. That one has a great selection and super helpful employees.

I had the best experience at Ulta Beauty thanks to the incredible associate, Chelsea! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel seen and taken care of. I have multi-toned skin, and finding the right foundation shade is usually a struggle—but not with Chelsea! She took her time, explaining what undertones worked best for me and why, and didn’t stop until we found the perfect match.
Not only that, but she helped me find a hydrating moisturizer that felt amazing on my skin, and—game changer—I FINALLY found a lip color that doesn't leave my lips feeling dry or sticky! When I asked for a non-transferring lipstick, Chelsea playfully laughed with me and handed me the Chanel Ultrawear Liquid Lip Color. After we found my perfect shade, she watched me try (and fail) to wipe it off with water. She smiled and said, “That lip won’t go anywhere without a little extra effort and makeup remover”—and let me tell you, SOLD!
Her personality, patience, and genuine care for helping me feel confident in my skin made my visit unforgettable. I’ll absolutely be returning to this Ulta location thanks to the quality service Chelsea provided today. Thank you, Chelsea—you’re a gem!

Anita is so so so kind!! She helped us find a moisturizer and gave us a sample of eye cream to try. If you go to this ulta and need a recommendation 100% ask Anita. I've never encountered an Ulta employee who honestly helped and explained the products.

This is the third time I've been to this location after moving to the neighborhood, and not once has helped been offered to me. But I xan tell you what two ladies that work in Premier are doing. Such a shame.

Have had issues with quality lately. I was sold a foundation yesterday, and when I get home unnoticed the packaging had makeup stains all over and after further inspection it was expired two months ago! This used to be a top tier location however they have gone down hill. I don’t even want to return to this location to make the exchange. PAY ATTENTION to the products you buy they could be expired.
