  Do not go here for hair appointments. I spent TWO HOURS waiting for a haircut with Rhonda. When I got there no one was working the check in and I had to find an employee to check in for my appointment. I was then told there was only one stylist working that day and would have to wait an hour for my scheduled appointment. It ended up being two hours before I was even taken back for washing. The stylist asked me minimal questions about what I wanted done. I didn’t even get a consultation because she was simultaneously working on me and another client. She didn’t even ask me how many inches I wanted off for a haircut. Clearly I did not get the haircut I was wanting or I would not be writing this review. I asked for curtain bangs, which I already have, and she cut WAY more hair than I normally get cut. I have been to many salons as a first time customer and have been able to convey what I want and get that. This woman did not ask me any questions about if what she was doing was okay. The fact that I already had visible curtain bangs in my hair and she cut more than that was heinous. She could have at least asked me if it was what I wanted but she didn’t. She then asked if I wanted a blow dry which I assumed was included in the haircut only to find out it was an extra $20. On top of that she told me she would give me a discount for waiting and only took 10% the haircut part which was only $5. Considering that I WAITED TWO HOURS I could’ve at least been given a free blow dry or more off my haircut. All this to say DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE.

  Booked a haircut with Rhonda at 12:30. She told me she needed to blow out her last customer but that she’s “quick” and will start on my shampoo. She started on my shampoo and then left me with product in my hair at the sink for over an hour, never checking in. When I asked someone to just wash out the product, they told me no and that Rhonda will be with me in 15 minutes. Had to contact the manager to get someone to wash out the product so I could leave. By 2:00 Rhonda was still working on the other client’s hair. She should’ve been honest about being that far behind schedule and offered a reschedule instead of leaving my hair full of product in the sink for over an hour. Will never be returning

  Called over 5 times to try to schedule a hair appointment the phone call kept being ignored and no one ever picked up. I called a real hair salon, visible changes and the phone was picked up in less than 30 seconds and my appointment was scheduled right away. Do not recommend coming here for hair appointments.
