Just left this place around 3 pm I was looking for a new shampoo trying to find the right one for my hair when the security of the place just starts standing behind me acting like he’s fixing a product and continues to walk back and forth around me standing around watching over me as if I was going to steal ???? He could have at least went around the store making it less obvious but no he choose to be there next to me Really uncomfortable situation no one should ever feel like this !!! I almost left without choosing anything because of the way he was just there next to me standing around watching?? I ended up still getting my shampoos BECAUSE I NEEDED THEM but I should have just walked out

Me and my daughter went into the store we was looking at makeup and Lashawnvea walked up and was so pleasantly nice she offered us help the conversations was great and she worked within my budget I’m greatly appreciate of her help

I normally have a good experience at Ulta, but this time was different. A short Hispanic girl was rude and brushed me off when I asked a question, which left me feeling really uncomfortable. I hope this can be improved because I do like shopping here overall.

I arrived on a Friday at 230pm. It was busy but not wicked busy. I had the previous purchase of bare minerals compact with me so I could buy a shade darker for summer. It was out of stock! I bought the exact same color since I was out. The ulta beauty consultant was very helpful even tho she didn't work in the bare minerals area. So I'm basically just perturbed that I paid $42 for an item that I settled for. The discount boxes up front are unorganized, picked over, and not much of a discount.

Went in for a texture wave with Tatiana the other day and left extremely disappointed. The inspiration picture I showed versus how my hair was left was disappointing. Several pieces of hair that was left completely straight, my hair looks ridiculous and I have to wait 6 weeks to fix it so that I don’t damage my hair. Upon bringing it up with a store manager as well as a cousin who is a cosmetologist, both of them told me that the hair probably wasn’t saturated correctly. You would think that they would check to make sure that it is being done right or have enough experience in a service that is being offered since it was a “master” stylist.

I would shop at this location for Berenice alone. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. 4 employees passed me & didn’t ask if I needed help. I’m just getting into makeup so I was completely overwhelmed with where to even start lol. But Berenice saw me & immediately helped. She took her time. She color matched me, she gave product recommendations & made me feel comfortable. I would definitely shop here again whenever Berenice is working lol.

I did not get the lady name but she’s a black lady who works in the salon park with curly short hair. Her attitude is not good And not approachable. To be aggressive when you talk to people it’s very unnecessary and it does not come off as a great customer service. Her attitude is the main reason why I just canceled my appointment on top of spending $57 for just a trim. The first time I came there, I just ignored it, but the second time she needs to fix it!

This situation occurred around 3:00pm. I had the goal of purchasing a couple of perfume bottles I’ve been wanting for a while. As I went in, I was greeted by the young girl at the cash register; however, there was a medium build, Hispanic, older woman who approached me and stated “are you finding everything okay?” I kindly replied that I was fine. However, I became so uncomfortable because of how hard she was watching me. She moved closer to where I was and watched me in a disturbing way. The way she approached me and watched me was as if I was going to steal. After a few minutes went by, I decided to leave because I felt so uncomfortable and profiled because of my skin. As I walked past her to leave, she looked at my hands to make sure I wasn’t walking out the store with any items. She didn’t say a word and could have at least said “have a great day,” but instead watched me like a hawk. I am disgusted with how I was profiled and watched. I felt that I couldn’t shop in peace, which is why I left. You all lost what would have been a great customer due to poor service and profiling. You have to be very careful with stereotyping because you don’t know what my finances or life is like. I could have blessed her, if she would have been nicer and respectful. I will never shop here again.
