As much as I shop at Ulta i have never experienced what I did today, Just awful. Rude manager on duty. I will not recommend or come back to this location. Unorganized location.

Carmen was amazing! I had 3 products lost in shipping and online gave me runaround . Carmen solved the issue with a smile !! She is a great example of what a manager should be !!! Thank you again

Visited with my niece. One stop for her skincare and makeup refill. Store is nice, little busy during weekends as expected located inside the mall in small town.
