Be VERY careful when using their tester or in store products. I went there on yesterday at approximately 11am to return some items and look at some new eye shadow. I used a tester eyeshadow but did not like the way it looked, so I used one of the spray bottles, labeled "Water" on the bottle to clean my eye, only to find out that it was really alcohol in the bottle! My eye was burning and red after rubbing alcohol in it! This is COMPLETELY unacceptable! I told a lady by the name Miranda, who was working the make up area, and gave her the bottle. She didn't care because she carelessly put the bottle back on the counter and walked off. I then picked the bottle back up and brought it to the manager by the name of Renee, who I filed an accident report with. No one has called to see if I was ok and didn't offer me any relief at the store. I was told by Renee that someone would follow up in 24hours but that never happened. I would never shop at this Ulta again, because the employees are apparently very careless.

Girls are nice, and friendly. Alot of variety on makeup, but they don't carry Dior foundation at this location.

I am concerned about the hiring practices of Ulta, as it seems they have hired inexperienced makeup artists. My recent experience with Brielle H was disappointing and left me feeling ripped off on a very special occasion.
I had scheduled a blow dry curl and everyday makeup appointment, but Brielle straightened my hair while blow drying it and charged me an additional $34 on top of the $45 for the blow dry. She struggled to curl my hair, resulting in an unsatisfactory outcome.
During the makeup application, Brielle persuaded me to opt for formal makeup instead of the everyday look, which cost an extra $25. She also charged a service fee of $11 just to apply strip lashes that cost only $4.99. I felt taken advantage of, as I was unfamiliar with these practices.
Ultimately, I ended up paying much more than anticipated and was disappointed with the final result of my makeup for the event. My photos turned out poorly, and I believe Ulta's reputation is being tarnished by employing makeup artists like Brielle.
I would advise others to steer clear of Ulta until they address these issues and ensure their customers receive the quality service they deserve.

Great service, AWFUL outcome. Took my daughter to get her hair done for prom, and although her stylist was nice, she was distracted on the phone the entire time and didn’t pay attention to the reference pic we brought. I left them alone to shop around and my daughter said they were done, and I walked back to the salon and saw the disappointment on my child’s face. But we paid, and just left. I fixed it when we got home and now it looks like the picture we wanted it to. Being an ex-hairdresser, I understand if you can’t or don’t want to do special occasion hair however you need to pass it off to someone who can and will do a great job. Super disappointed.

Unfortunately this was a disappointment for me. I came here to try a specific fragrance (Givenchy L'interdit Rouge) because Ulta is one of the few retailers that carries it. I was really looking forward to trying and possibly buying it because of the amazing reviews online. To my disappointment I was met with empty shelves and an attendant told me they do not have testers anymore because "people are stealing".

very poor customer service experience here. i'm 100% a sephora girl and this is apart of the reason why- also more brands i use are there rather than here. came here because i got a gift card for my birthday. the only person that had the kindness and class to help me was someone from the salon department feel like i got rude and poor service from people from the front and i could not find another associate in the store to help me. as someone who has worked in the beauty industry before it's really disappointing to see the service go downhill. will never be back and giving my gift card away with caution. initially gave 4 stars for the person who helped me very sweet and fast service! I went back to the salon because of the positive experience with her and was helped by someone else who was also very sweet and brushed my freshly washed healthy bleached hair from top to bottom - i now have breakage up to my root that will cost probably a minimum of 250 dollars to help repair on top of that will have to just grow out - this will include a salon treatment, trim when i was growing it out, keratese products, k18 and hair mask, not to mention the time that will now go into this. very displeased and very disappointed- could have paid maybe $20 more to go to my regular salon who does an amazing job - they were booked which is why i came here. very devastated, horrified and displeased. i will never be back here and telling all my friends about this experience so they don't have to go through the same thing. a nightmare truly.

Unfortunately, was not very impressed with this location. I went in to sample perfumes to find a new scent and they were all locked away/inaccessible by patrons. I understand there is likely a very good reason for this, but it makes trying things a bit tedious. I did get an attendant to help me, but it was quite unorganized and they had to really scavenge to find the scents I wanted to sample. The store generally felt very picked over and unorganized, so I decided to just buy my items online from Ulta instead.

I frequently shop at Ulta for premium brand items such as Clinique, Tarte, Chanel, and more.. During my visit today, at a completely different store than I usually shop because I was simply in the area, I was very disappointed with the service. Usually the employees at Ulta are amazing and helpful. The Willowbrook store is not only lacking customer service, but also stock. I highly discourage anyone from shopping at this location. It’s unfortunate.
