Their salesperson's failure to disclose hidden fees, and refusal to be responsive to disputes regarding such fees is why they've earned this rating from our company.

We keep having to call for service
Most of them did not have the adaptor for a travel trailer
We also had to show them how to do it.
The people were very nice an tried to accomplish as well as they could
without the proper equipment
