Took my sound bar and subwoofer to get repaired. He repaired it in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. He also has a 30-day guarantee, so when my sound bar stopped working again, I took it in to get repaired. They were very professional with quality service. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I saw the other 1 star reviews but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I dropped my speaker off and paid the 100 minimum repair fee. I was called couple days later and quoted another 500 to essentially replace some sound/volume knobs. I didn't think this was reasonable and we could not agree on a price. He is very stubborn on his pricing since he already has your deposit. Took my speaker back and he kept my 100. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere!

Quality warranted repairs done. Took in a 40' RCA LCD LED flat screen that didn't show a picture but had power. Actually problem was it needed a new circuit board that I called around and no other shop would even touch because of not being able to get parts for this brand. This shop, however, had me bring it in (Thursday) and quickly assessed the issue and notified me (Monday) and was picking it up on following day (Tuesday). TV works just fine and no issues since the repair. Definitely will entrust other TV's, if needed, in the future.

I've been coming to United V.T.R. Services for a long, long time. Great quality repairs at a reasonable price. The owner is honest, and he knows his business. This time I had a ONYKO receiver that shut-off just seconds after turning it on. He got the part in one week, and did all the work, for much less than having to replace it with a new receiver. My OKYKO receiver is almost 20 years old, and survived Hurricane Harvey. I'll bet it lasts for 20 more years, just knowing United V.T.R. Services is still around.

Tom was amazing. He’s been here for 40 years! This man is a genius. My BenQ projector was not working after we had a power surge, and Tom was able to pin point the problem and quickly fix it for a reasonable cost.
