About University Museum at Texas Southern University
The University Museum focuses on the richness and global heritage of the Art of the African Diaspora and beyond. Through permanent collections, special exhibitions and events an array of carefully curated works should enjoy and immerse your spirit in the arts. The staff is very nice and prompt and is a great experience for a transfer student and for the community. The facility is good and the hidden jewel of the entire Houston community, an exceptionally awesome collection that should be seen and appreciated by all. Parking is free in the garage and teacher lot for short term visiting, and the community is open.

Visited Texas Southern University for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority's Area Meeting that was in the Rod Paige Education Building. The facility was nice and the meeting was good. It was really great to see my Sorors from Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas.
