Came in to print a document, printer kept jamming but Hector was kind enough to pause what he was doing with the mailboxes and helped me for 10 minutes and kept fixing the printer over and over so rhat I could have all pages printed out. Hector was great!

This is my favorite UPS location. Belinda is always pleasant and treats everyone with respect and helpful to those who don’t know what they need to do to process their my packages. I get in and out fast!

Worse experience ever! Had a package turn in to be returned to where it had to go and package never left the store. Either it got stolen or this store team does not have enough capability to handle packages to be sent out. When I spoke to one of the managers she said that they are privately owned and that they don’t have any responsibility after the packages leave, but the package never left the store according to my tracking number. If I could put less than a star I would.
