I would go out of my way to go to this UPS store in particular, it's the best. The parking situation isn't amazing, but they're always really fast and the service is great.
Jay was especially friendly and helpful! I left on a better mood than I walked in interacting with her.

I don’t know what it is with this chain and customer service. Seems like it pains them to do their job. Rude associates. Several were standing around with one line open. Very dismissive of the customers, skipped over me to serve a white woman behind me in line and vey bad attitudes. Do not recommend at all

OMG. This is by far the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. The people who work here, including the manager, are super friendly and very helpful. I’m definitely coming back here even though this store is a bit out of the way for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The franchise owner of this UPS store Muriel has assembled an incredible staff that are the most courteous, kind, engaging and helpful to all customers. They go out of their way to make sure they are prompt in responding. Allison and the rest of staff have incredible personalities and are very happy individuals to engage with.
