The Man that work in there is very aggressive and rude the employees are so focused on making you spend money on packing instead of customer service and making sure you keep the customer returning the guy said he was in training but he look really old and white please hire someone who isn’t angry or grumpy I had the worst experience ever especially to say you in River Oaks of Houston.

The fact they over charge for services is outrageous. They add copies to the cost of my purchase just to continue overcharging me. Simone’s told me she doesn’t have to do anything corporate says because she’s a franchise and they cannot tell her how to run her store she owns it!

Called UPS and was told they are not their store they just have the UPS name but they would work on getting someone to respond to my complaint… uh?!? I guess Simone is right! Corporate does not give a shit about how her attitude about how she represents UPS does not matter and she can trample all over the UPS corporate name as she said she could.
What a real piece of work
UPS has lost my business and if you have to use somewhere like this go to fedex the cost may be a bit more. Oh wait?!? No! FedEx turns out to be cheaper because after the up charges and add ons fedex is way cheaper!

poor customer service. your company partners with eBay to facilitate returns. you should be helpful not useless shoulder shrug. i will use the US postal service whenever possible.
