I came in a couple days ago and when I came in I walked up to the only 2 open registers and these 2 kids (girl with long brown hair and a short boy with short hair and hairy arms) were leaning up against the register and didn't say nothing until who I believe is there is manager took me at his register, and when I walked away I was laughed at by them. This is laziness and rude behavior these 2 workers should be wrote up and or punished

I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but this situation is laughable. My wife and I make an appointment for notary services at 11 am. We even get an email the night before asking us to confirm that we'll be there at 11 am. Guess what...the notary doesn't start until noon. Ok not a huge deal. We come back at 1 pm and the place is pretty crowded, so we wait in line. Again, fine. Eventually we get to the front and the notary puts us in the system and tells us to meet them at the black table in the front of the store. We go over there, meet the notary and get everything signed. Then, the notary tells us that we now need to get back in line, which is nearly out the door, just so that we can pay the $10 for notary services. Thankfully, my wife had $10 in cash, so that we could just give it to the notary, but why would they not charge us when we HAD ALREADY WAITED IN LINE. Or, I don't know, just have us quickly swipe our card since we've already been serviced. Telling us to go wait in line AGAIN is just laughably absurd, so I'm leaving one star.

Would give zero stars if I could. I have had several terrible interactions with this place, including not scanning all my Amazon returns properly, overcharging for UPS shipping compared to rates I got on-line, and finally, today, being told they are ‘a franchise’ who doesn’t accept coupons printed directly from the website linked to their location. ‘We will tell the manager’ was the reply to this fact, which I know is a total lie. I bet next week those same coupons will be there. Funnily, the coupon below the one I printed was for AAA members to get 15% off, which they have an in-store sign for that offer, but didn’t bother to see if they honor it. I will never use this location again. Three strike rule.

They get zero star I called before I came up here about a notary being in and on staff I stood in line and they told me she went to lunch she will be back in 3 min yes 3 mins so I waited then I got back in line ask for notary they then said she had to leave for an emergency okay when was y'all going to me tell zero stars

I've been going to this location for a year now. The employees are ALWAYS tremendously helpful and very kind. I wish I knew the names of three who ALWAYS go above and beyond. Also, NOTHING is wrong with someone wearing a mask if they choose to. Doesn't seem as if, but we are still in AMERICA!!!!!
