The service provided by Jennifer was excellent. It took only 2-5 min to complete my job and the parcel set to be delivered. Also the process of photocopy was very easy. Overall excellent service.

This location continues to be a business staffed by friendly, helpful, and knowledgable employees who enjoy helping with all the challenges of shipping oddly shaped items safely, efficiently, and with ease. I've been there once to return an item from Amazon, and it was a great experience. All the employees are very nice, especially one named Arthur. He was very helpful showing me where to go, and Mario helped me with a package. The customer service is amazing in general. I totally recommend it.

They gave my package to the wrong person. The person didn’t show an ID so now I’ve been waiting almost a month for a refund. Anytime I call I get the same response “oh we’re just waiting on upper management”. No one has given a time frame nor details about next steps. Meanwhile I’m sitting here out of almost $200. The urgency to fix their mistake is not there.

They charged me 15.15 bucks for packing a small piece of TV controller, and they cannot explain why they are charging so much, they just said “package material” which makes no sense

Mario ups in Rice Blvd is the nicest man that never lets you wait .He helps with all your mailing problems He answers every question you ask without being annoyed especially with older people like me who don’t know how to scan packages to get labels or codes He not only shows you what to do but does it for you Thank you Mario and thank you great store UPS in rice village

DO NOT return your packages that location. They ask $2.73 to just a print piece of paper. I moved from south and that location never charged me a cent to print label. I see owner started doing side hustle here. I rather drive couple more miles not to give him a cent. Money hungry business owners are always the worst.
