I have seen a decrease of lack of customer service from this location since there has a recent change of staff. For business, I have the option to use the ups store or fed ex. Fed-ex is now my go to for all my business needs. Additionally, this location fails to follow-up with their customers .

Went in before 6 pm asked for next day delivery. I told the lady I needed the medicine to be delivered the next day because it was for my artistic nephew . I was told it would be delivered the next day by 10:00 am on Saturday the 8. I paid the delivery never showed up. To later find out it would not be delivered until Tuesday. My Nephew will be back in Houston on Sunday with no medicine.Spoke with Assistant Manager who said nothing could be done. Poor customer service . I m a mail carrier and very disappointed in UPS for miss information!

if I could leave 0 stars I would. They incorrectly labelled my box value at $4000 in their invoice when my receipt states that my box value was $100 and have refused to help me fix it, resulting in my losing my package. They are horrible and I suggest going to a different store

I went to ship an envelope with a letter today. The shipping was from Houston to Austin. I asked for shipping costs and the guy at the billing said it will be $86 to ship in two days and $111 for overnight shipping. It was ridiculous! I said thanks and I went to FEDEX and got it shipped for $10 for 2 day shipping. I noticed this for the second or third time that this facility charges way more than other UPS or FEDEX. I advise to please double check the costs.
P.S. the fedex facility was just few blocks away from this store.

The young man who helped my husband with the notary was extremely helpful with assisting my husband with his paperwork. Our issue lies with the young African American lady with the braids purposely tried to overcharge my husband and when my husband called her out she proceeds to comments whether or not he could afford it or not. Luckily the notary stepped in to correct her blatant disrespect and stopped her from over charging him. The young man who stepped up to do the right thing deserves a 10.

Lazy employees try to nickle-and-dime amazon return packages that they view as inconvenient. Tried to charge me $1.99 for tape. I went elsewhere and other (much better) UPS stores took the package for free, like they were supposed to.
Of course, that's exactly what the lazy employee behind the counter wanted. She didn't want to deal with the package so she behaved as unpleasantly as possible in order to incentivise me to go elsewhere. She succeeded.
Do not give this store your business. Many other ones (including the one on Holcombe, by Whole Foods) are much better. The owner of this store deserves to suffer for the terrible employees he/she puts on the floor.

I had a scheduled appointment that was scheduled via the UPS app. When I arrived, they stated they have no notary at the time and they can’t control UPS sending them customers.

They charge money for print if you forget the label. I have been to many UPS they dont charge it. Something they should work on to give good service to customers

I arrived at 6:00PM and they already closed. In Google map say they close at 7:00PM. They have a bad management.

Apparently, I am not the only one. I returned two items to Amazon via UPS, but only one was returned? I was charged for an item I returned.
I wish I read the reviews involving Amazon.
