Sent extremely sensitive and important documents.
Staff member sitting on the counter top playing with phone when I walked in.
Staff was very unprofessional, typed in address in a random “close enough” but wrong address even when I handed a note with specific details.
I had to ask for a few corrections to be made.
Staff then left one envelope lying in the back counter, the other one on the scale. And parcels and letters just everywhere.
I asked if it was ok to just leave the envelope lying there and by this type the staff member has repositioned himself onto the back counter top playing with his phone.
He just say “emm hmm” yup and left it just sitting there.
The service is expensive as it is, and when people choose to use UPS vs USPS, it is because they want that extra care for important things.
This is just terrible and unprofessional.

Charles was fantastic. He really made sure my package was packaged well and shipped correctly. He was also very friendly. The time I went there before this the employee that assisted me did not seem to care about the photo I was sending. He packed it in a plastic shipping container with no protection. My photo shipped and was ruined when it got to my destination because it was packaged horribly and destroyed my photo.

I took papers to be shipped Ground and was told it would cost $94. I left and went to a shipping store to compare shipping options/prices and shipped the same package via UPS for $29. Same shipping and insurance options. Beware!!!

While the front desk staff were polite and professional, the pricing at this location is unacceptable. I was quoted nearly $25 for a simple box, which included separate charges for tape and a “boxing fee.” That’s outrageous. I’ve never seen fees like this at any other UPS store.
This kind of pricing feels predatory. I understand this is a franchise and the owner sets the prices, but that doesn’t justify gouging customers for basic materials. For comparison, I bought the same box at FedEx for $4.87 — with tape included, no extra charges.
This experience felt more like being taken advantage of than being served. I strongly recommend others bring their own packaging or go elsewhere if you want fair, transparent pricing.

Location was a bit busy but I was greeted right away.
Ali assisted me in returning my internet router as well as shipping a book.
The process was quick and easy and the staff was pleasant and attentive.

Shop is supposed to open at 9am, we’ve waited till 9:20am , store was still closed!
You have to respect people time and open on time

The shop was supposed to open at 9 am. Me and another customer were waiting for like 10 minutes, which may not sound like a long time however considering it’s a work week I was counting on them to be open at 9 am since I had to go to work after. The employee looked so miserable, I’m assuming he had a bad day but he wouldn’t even say hello or anything. By the time I got in the door, there was a line of 5 people. I went to drop off an Amazon package to return and he didn’t even put the return label on the package he just tossed it to the side. This was my first time coming to this franchise and it will be my last.

Employee, London (at least that's what he says his name is) couldn't be bothered to take an Amazon return (which takes 30 seconds to do) because it was 2 minutes after 5pm. He said he would have to do all the opening of the register like he did this morning ...which must be tremendous work.
Nice going, boss, for hiring people that can't possibly be bothered with your customers.

The most expensive printing service! 3$ printing fee to print 1 piece of paper! Take your business to FedEx, they don't have any printing fees!

Terrible customer service. Waited 5 minutes while Charles was moving boxes from one pile to another. No acknowledgement, no friendly smile, nothing. Finally get his attention and again he just seemed miserable and totally unkempt.

Use any other shipping service but this location same owner in river oaks. Little hispanic or middle eastern manager really doesn’t care. Especially when you have a problem.
