Drop off a lot of packages for work, been to several other ups stores and many are rude and not very helpful. This store is a pleasant surprise. Very nice and very helpful.

This store is great. The customer service is amazing. I frequent this store for UPS Shipping, copies and faxing. No mater how complicated the service they have a can do attitude and accurately get the job done, and never overcharge.
A real gem in West University!!!!!!

One of the best ones in town. UPS is a godawful and corrupt shipping service but this particular store is still a good experience.

BIGGGG Shout out to TYRONE who is ALWAYS Friendly and Helpful when I mail packages at your store. Tyrone goes above and beyond to give service with a smile, a friendly Hello and help in any way possible. Every UPS store should have a Tyrone. He is an EXEMPLARY human and a Compliment to your establishment!

Stood in line with another young man and was asked to move the line out of the doorway. We moved the line aside and continued to wait only to have someone come in after us, walk up to the counter, and get assisted immediately (worker behind the counter was already helping a customer). I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.

Gone way downhill since the new management came in. I have had to leave twice because the people were so rude. Not only to me but others! Only go there for an Amazon return now. Stay away for everything else.

Once again I had a great experience with Jasmine printing and correcting my printing. I had obituaries printed here and she went above and beyond to have my order completed in a timely manner.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Drove to this unprofessional location since it’s the nearest to my job and both workers were rude and unprofessional. Claiming their systems were down and just uncooperative in any way
Y’all need to do better because your “system” with some return labels clearly state SHOWNTO CASHIER AND THEY WILL PRINT LABEL but when you get to some locations, the workers choose to be difficult. So sick of ups
Came 4/9 at 10:40 am. One of the young ladies was extremely pleasant and I hate u wasn’t fortunate enough to have her help me. The one I did get was rude, no smile, and was extremely dismissive. I came to return an Amazon order with the box the merchandise came in, she’s all, I’m going to have you to and that box and I’ll give you a receipt. I wish UPS would get a standard list of operating rules where every location is in alignment because I’ve been to locations that the box with no problem.
