Even though the gentleman was alone, he had a positive attitude helpful asked each customer had any questions or more assistance needed. But you guys need to have back up for him. There were 7+ plus ppl waiting.

I had been going to the UPS store on voss for 2 years, I just moved to the Richmond Ave location and took an Amazon return back, short lady at the front desk was rude as she told me I had to pay $1.00 for them to tape my box up. I never had been asked this at the other UPS store as their customer service was always excellent... I miss them already. I'll either drive back that way or find an alternative. Their service was sub par to say the least

The team was fantastic. I went to the store to return some batteries about 20 or 30 minutes before closing. Without hesitation, the team sprang into action, packaging the batteries and preparing them for return to Amazon. Thank you for a great experience and for having such an excellent team!

The older short lady at the desk is very rude and does not know how to speak with customers in a professional tone.
She seems annoyed when I tried to return my Amazon packages and wanted me to buy a bag, which is not what’s in the instructions to ship back.
I’ve returned several packages and never had a problem until today!

I love shipping from here. The entire staff is so nice, kind, and helpful. I’ve never had a problem with a package. One time I left my credit card and they called me to make sure I came back for it. I don’t understand all the bad reviews and I hope more people leave good reviews because they deserve it!

I came here for a quick Amazon return and didn’t know I would have to purchase a box. Well the staff made what was about to a headache into an amazing experience. Their knowledge on how to get it shipped was invaluable. I truly think any other location would have had me in tears. This is location is my new go to for all my shipping needs!

Great customer service. I was in a hurry and needed to send a package off quickly, and the staff handled all the packing for me and got me out quickly. I definitely recommend anyone in the area to use their services.

I was having trouble looking for a tracking # for a package that was send over 2 months ago and the lady in store was supper helpful helping me look for it. Which by the way the process of doing that was to search the number in a stack of documents.
