If I could give this establishment no stars, I would. Every time I come, there is a new employee with a new supposedly policy. There is always something to upcharge your returns by selling you a box, bag, or printing in their establishment.
I was returning an Amazon package that needed a bag for the return shipment because apparently the bag I brought was not sufficient enough. Then I gave them a solutiontion by asking to get the box that was just thrown in the trash but they said no to that box too. While I was giving solutions to “the problem” Evelynn a very rude employee kept laughing at the situation and saying no. She had the worst customer service with a very arrogant attitude as if she enjoyed the conflict.
I asked for a MOD (manager on duty) they all looked at each other and laughed as if it was a joke. Apparently, no one in there has a manager or can't handle a customer service situation.So they just stood there as if I wasn't there. I finally found a solution through Amazon and asked for the manager's information. I will be reporting this drop-off station to Amazon customer service.

$2.80 to print an Amazon label. Just find a different location.
Materials? I piece of paper and a smidgeon of ink. Labor? I could have pushed the copy button for you. $2.80 is gouging in any Galaxy.

In a world where customer service seems to be non-existent, Ana get's 5 stars from me! I was returning a couple of different items from Amazon. I accidentally selected one of them to return at Staples. It was late in the day, there was a line, it was busy. Ana had me open my Amazon app, and in a few quick swipes and taps, boom! She had changed it to ship from UPS. She could have told me to step away and do it; or to come back when I figured it out; or to just go to Staples. But she was so fast, and so kind, and I really appreciate it.

Just dropped off a package to be returned and the process couldn’t be more easier. The staff there are very helpful and very knowledgeable. Keep up the great job!!! Highly recommended!!

This young man from the picture was EXTREMELY helpful and attentive! Another associate, Roshan, was quick to tell us that she couldn’t take one of my packages because it needed different packaging but never mentioned that they sell some and instead made me believe that I had to go elsewhere to get this item returned. But this young man helped me out when I was walking out he told me that I didn’t have to go elsewhere and that I was able to purchase packaging there for a little bit less than $4 and was so sweet in speaking up because I wouldn’t just left without knowing… I didn’t have to go elsewhere how rude Roshan had insinuated! 5 stars to this gentleman, I wasn’t able to see his name tag so I took a picture of him so I can write this review and let everyone know what an astounding employee he is! Roshan on the other hand not so much! While the other employee (the one from the picture) was doing another couples order she was quick to tell them that they couldn’t take the package back because they didn’t have a code but the guy instead helped them out unlike her. Roshan just wants the customers out, she has no care whatsoever to help us customers she just rushed you out and doesn’t help with anything! Roshan needs some friendly training!

The store was SO busy but the staff there made it go so smoothly and kept the line moving quickly! No customers got upset with each other which is a plus!
