I really appreciate the big man at this place. Don’t know his name but bigger (no offense) white dude who wears a hat. I accidentally brought a usps package (it was a rough day) and he said we can take it but no receipt. So I trusted the store and my item did get scanned and shipped a day later and in transit. And I never have a bad moment here.

I keep discovering other people's mail in my non-profit P.O. box. When I bring it up to the manager, they just shrug and say, “I’m sorry.” While one instance is understandable, this has happened multiple times, indicating a problem. I've been hesitant to have donations sent to the box due to their disorganization and a previous missing check. Another donor sent a check two weeks ago, and it is now missing as well. So far, on two occasions, large checks meant for my nonprofit have not arrived at my P.O. box, which has required me to request the issuers to cancel and reissue them. While their basic packing and shipping services might be acceptable, I do not trust them with a P.O. box.
