People are friendly and usually no line. But if there is a line, it moves quickly. The only sucky part is parking. It’s hard to find a spot and even then, people just can’t park in the space and it is usually tight. Otherwise, employees are super pleasant and efficient.

They lost my package and then they have no idea where it is other than that they don't scan the packages coming out of this store how can they do that. For the owner if you don't care about your customers then this business it's not for you.

I dial their phone number listed on Google Maps and it sends me to the robot to answer a series of useless questions that wasted 30 minutes. I could have driven to the store and asked in person. But I guess it's too hard to speak to a person these days.What happened to customer service?

04/05/23 -Went into Wallisville store during my lunch hour to get a form notarized. Was told that the store needed a special certificate or license to have it done since it was being mailed to another country. When I said I had sent letters/forms several times and UPS notarized it, the lady said then I should go back to that other branch which was an hour away. I was told by another UPS store that that a special requirement/license was not needed. At Wallisville branch, the same employee also argued with me that my signature was not needed and that I should put a thumbprint and they don't do that, even though the form clearly had a signature line. I won't encourage anyone to do business there.Clearly, "world class service" needs to be redefined. Saying it vs doing it are two different things.

Went in at 8am to get a paper notarized and was told it couldn’t be done till 10. I asked can you do she said yes but not till 10 because that’s how they do it at that store. The other stores do it at 8am she just didn’t want to do it sad!

Way better than usps ?️ I went to turn in my AirPods cause it had static noise and then Apple sent me a box so I want to the ups store and took like a minute So they have the package so yeah it’s lil busy but that’s ok so than means is better that usps 10-10

So they offer notatary but yet they dont posted up on the door that only weekdays and that guy was quick to tell me about it to send me out rude and should be closed down

Dropped off package on 06/07, It's 08/10 and package never made it to it's destination. I was told there's nothing they can do for me.
