This is Divya. I had the worst experience due to employee politics today. I was standing and waiting for the employee at the counter to call for me as he was busy. A lady cut me off and directly went to counter and did amazon returns. I confronted the guy saying you should have called for me if you were ready to take customers. I think he didnt like me for that and said that he needs to check if amazon returns work and asked me to come after one or two hours. The lady who cut me off in the line was able to do it few seconds prior. I was at loss of words at the stunt the employee pulled off just because I confronted him that I was in line first.

Walked in to drop off a few packages today and ended up behind an older gentleman. The UPS worker, Sarami, was so kind and patient with the man and helped him get everything straightened out. It was nice to see someone leading with kindness!

Loved my neighborhood and one of the reasons is that we do have the best UPS office, clean, organize and people working are nice, helpful and proactive.
Joe is the best, problem solver, and always willing to help … I have been in other ups store in Houston and Sugarland and this is the best by far!

Staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. Curly headed heavyset dark woman who I was not able to get her name refused to return my package because I arrived at 6:57. She said the store was closed despite the time and door still being open. It’s moment like these that can really make or break a customers experience unfortunately, this associate failed short this day hopefully next time with the proper training and courtesy in mind, a customer will have a better outcome.

Very very bad service, the manager didn't even look at us. They wanted to charge us for shipping to our insurance company, which is free in 8 dl because the internet was slow. And I wanted it in cash because I marveled at how they can hire people. And above all, a manager with such terrible customer service. Why do I have to pay for a service that my insurance and cash on top of that already paid for????

They even tracked my package to ensure it arrived safely at its destination.

Terrible customer service!!! The guy couldn’t even tell me which location to go to that will do finger printing? Unprofessional and uneducated! Did not want to help at all. I asked if he can ask a supervisor and he said no.
