I had a package keep coming back return to sender and rose noticed my 8 was actually a six problome solved thanks rose ....and both rose and Janet make a effort to know all of the regulars by name this is a good practice in today's busy world

Was waiting in line and another customer just walked in and skipped the two people in line - myself and another young lady. When I called out the guy who skipped us, the store clerk didn’t correct him, but rather TRIED to correct me and say “respect the store and stop yelling”You should respect the time of the customers who are waiting in line for hours just to be told “we don’t have stamps.” You let two customers skip a line of other customers and your only excuse was “we only have two people right now”! No one cares how many people you have because we didn’t mind the wait. The issue was you let people skip the line after acknowledging there even was a line and that’s just not right!And to have the nerve to say “respect the store”You wouldn’t have a store if there wasn’t a customer/audience for the store. So respect the customers who are contributing to the store by providing it with business opportunities

Best UPS store ever. I am a small business owner and have to send packages on the go in a whim. I have visited many UPS stores in Houston. This one is by far the best and they have the most helpful employees. Rose was great. She made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and did so with a smile. Thank you Rose!

Went to the UPS store for returning today. Rose is super helpful and professional. There was something wrong with my return label, but Rose gave me lots of detailed suggestions and helped me solve it patiently. I really appreciate it! Best UPS store experience ever!

No wonder this store doesn’t have many customers. The folks working in the store are rude and greedy. I had two 6ozs packages to ship out with UPS. One has a pre-paid label attached and ready to go. The other one is an Amazon return package. Instead of a barcode, it was an UPS label in the mail. I asked whether they can print the label and attach it to the package. The staff told me no. I have to pay $2 to print an Amazon return label. I explained that I was never charged at other UPD stores for similar situations. He said it in a very rude and arrogant way, “not possible at all, we have to make money. “ Very nice work, you just turned away another customer who routinely ships out hundreds of pounds of UPS boxes.

We appreciate the service we get each time we come to The UPS Store, the entire staff is nice and super helpful. We have been getting our mail here for months and most recently have been getting tons of packages for back to school time, and Rose has been a Rockstar any time we've come to pick up.

I come here for all my package and mail services because of the service . I love the attention and help that I get here . I’ve never had any bad customer service at this location . Matter of fact there was one individual who stood out and made the ups experience that has me keeping coming back here . I believe her name is Rose. What a wonderful ups employee !! Cuddos to the manager that hired her and thank you .

Most ups are decent and some issues that get resolved eventually with little to no answer.This location however does amazing service, great personality,service quick,easy,and very good on following up on matters.Huge shout out to Janet she's been making my life super easy to do with a lot of returns and processing on shipping

Awesome customer service. I brought pair of shoes unboxed and the lady at the front said I couldn’t ship the item. Five minutes later, she went the extra mile and brought a box for me to ship the shoes when she didn’t have to. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

They are very rude with black peoples. Sorry we are all same. Been there twice the treatment they gave to white peoples very different for me. I don’t said anything just stand and wacth them. The first time was thinking is the cashier but the second time different cashier same treatment. Really don’t recommend the place
