This store is usually okay, but if you go Saturday mornings, don't expect them to be open at 9:30 like they claim. Last 3 times I've arrived at 9:30 there's nobody there. Each time I've waited 10 to 15 minutes and still nothing. Luckily there's another UPS store about 2 miles away on Bissonet.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not come to this UPS charge me 5 bucks for an amazon return!! I have never experienced this before supposedly because I needed a special package for me to send it! Horrible

loved this location, the man here was friendly fast and it’ was clean and quiet, enjoyed this UPS ! keep up the good work and i went in today on a Sunday and he taped the package and i was on my way less than 5 minutes!!!
