Below was my previous honest review…how things have changed! On Thursday July 3rd I went to go drop off my packages as usual. Mind you I have been going for the past 7 months to drop off packages. My husband went in before me and I carried the remaining packages. So he was already checking out with the Caucasian bald man with a slight beard or mustache whatever is it. Well I gave him the remaining packages and as he’s scanning them he’s literally throwing them on top of each other on the floor. I’m watching him do that and he has like a grin on his face like he’s enjoying it. I don’t say anything I’m just watching because I don’t want him intentionally damage them more. After watching him scan and throw all my boxes. We turn around to leave and I turn back to see him throw the last box on top of all of them! I tell my husband “this man is intentionally throwing them!” Now I know they treat the boxes way worse behind the scenes. But for this man to do it in front of us with no freaking regard is just unbelievable! He heard me too because he says “I didn’t do that” or something in that matter he said. Sure enough 1 week later I get a message from my customer that the item arrived broken. So unbelievable! I don’t know if he’s the manager or what he is but he needs to learn from all his other coworkers. Even the younger ppl that work there I have never seen act this way. This grown old man behaving like this is not ok. If he’s not enjoying this career anymore than maybe he could find another.
They are always helpful and get you in & out as fast as they can. I take my items often here to mail out and never had any issues. Great location!

Never have any issues when sending packages out from store and receiving packages. All packages sent out are delivered on time and with care.

In my opinion, check and double check your package before you leave it with this store located at 21175 Tomball Pkwy 77070, especially if you email them to print your label. I emailed my label to them to print, and they put the WRONG label on my package. When I contacted the store showing them proof that my $450.00 item was shipped to the wrong location because of their incompetence, the owner (Jay Dorham) could care less. It has been 8 days, and he has yet to contact me! I guess he expects me to figure it out when they are the ones at fault here! They have not lifted a finger to help me out! Well, I guess they are lifting a finger...the middle finger.
I learned the hard way that I need to double-check my package when UPS places the label on the package for you. It should be the clerks responsibility to double-check that the information matches what I sent. Do a better job training your staff, Jay!
I will be reporting him to corporate. Very poor customer service.
I will never use this location again. There is plenty more around the corner.

This was a really good experience. The clerk helped me look up a ZIP Code for my destination on the package. I was shipping. She was very courteous, kind helpful the store was clean. Just a very good experience.

Got there at 6:50PM and they were already closed this unacceptable when it says 7PM on the door. I know what it’s like to work in retail and want to go home but close when the store sign says to close. When I worked in retail we never closed early unless it was an emergency. It didn’t help that the guy was doing something on the computer when we came and pulled the door he didn’t even look up.

Very horrible customer service, my wife and I came in to get some documents notarized, made an appointment to insure we didn't have to wait. From the get go, Stephen was very short and rude. We had a lot of signatures to make for our house sale and he told us to start signing. We completed our packet then he decides to tell us that it is $10 per notary stamp, doesn't mention this before we started. Waits till after we are done, what it boiled down to is that he didn't want to have to fill out all of the paperwork in the notary book, so he purposively waited. We brought that up and he just shrugged it off. Guy is very rude and lazy.

This is my favorite UPS store to go to in the area. The customer service is always good and the lines usually move fairly quickly.

This is my favorite UPS store. I bypass at least two other UPS stores in order to conduct my business here. No matter how busy they are or how complicated the task, the staff is always friendly and efficient.
