Nakita is awesome! Store 1806 was nice and background music was inspiring. I recommend this store needing parcel services or documents printed. My copies printed out nicely.

This store should install a self-service drop off kiosk. It's always a long line and cashier seems little rude by asking a question.

I have to return a large package through UPS, told the person over the phone this and said they would not accept a crate even though i had a UPS return label. Made me call fully automated customer support which of course didnt help and wasted my time, called the next closest location and they were happy to assist me, had no idea what the employee at this location was talking about, obviously very lazy employees here

Do you like standing in line for 30 minutes? Then this is your place. It's a simple matter of not having enough staff. It could be Amazon doesn't pay them enough for returns for them to care but if you need ups services it's the same 30 minute wait. It's seriously incredible how miserable this location is.

Immediately was not welcomed. The lady at the front desk with the mask on was very rude. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or not but she shouldn’t be so condescending and just absolutely rude to customers. Came in to return a package and gave me attitude from the beginning when I haven’t even said hello and cut me off by saying “um I’m not ready yet so wait” I was shook to my core with that nasty tone.

Came in to return an amazing package and was greeted with kindness and respect. Alex went above and beyond my expectations, she helped me pack my return as it was and she simply just has great customer service! Definitely will be stopping by in the future for any needs. Thank you, Alex!!

All the staff here are incredibly kind. I would like to recognize the associate Jonathan, for being an exceptional employee. He is always respectful and beyond courteous. I’m greeted by name, every time I check my mailbox. Jonathan’s ability to assist multiple customers, during high traffic hours, all while maintaining professionalism ,is a lost art form. He has no issue going above and beyond the call of duty . He is always thankful and very sincere. I believe Jonathan is setting the UPS standard for “customer service” Great job Jonathan! Your customers are noticing your hard work!!!

Friendly, but don't know their jobs and won't try to learn or do anything that doesn't get them paid directly. Returns to xfiniti or other UPS partner services available. And don't even ask them to be a "notary" on a document for you lmao just use another site. Avoid the headaches.

The people over there are friendly and respectful, the following is not about the employees; there are other UPS store where they have a PC so you can send docs to the store email address to print out, you use the PC to print out your docs and you don’t pay for the PC usage, just for the prints.

Kept asking for an account to ship something a company gave me to return???? I clearly have a barcode?? Why do I need an account for something a company gave me to just SCAN AND GO ?? Did not even care to help me understand nor help me AT ALL didn’t even get to make my return.
