I dropped off my package here on June 29 and it shows as not shipped. This is not true! I have never had this happen at any other UPS store and after seeing the most recent review of stolen packages, I am convinced they never placed mine to ship. Do not take your packages here!

They for sure stole the contents of my package! I shipped out a box to a family member for a graduation present. When it arrived, only the wrapping paper and bubble wrap were in the box. The workers opened it, then threw the trash back in the box, resealed it and shipped it off.

Came all the way over there store was closed second time it’s happened why put business hours if you’re not gonna open on time 9:20 now. Guess I need to take my business elsewhere 🤮

Amazon sent me a return label saying take my return label and my package to Whole Foods and they will send it back for me, I called the Whole Foods store and said I’m to far away to bring it over there, The lady said UPS store can send it back for me, So anyway I took the package to the UPS store on 34th and 290 the Mexican girl said they can’t send it back for me cause the shipping label was for Whole Food and they can except it, Whole Foods did YES they can! Now I have to start over, She had an attitude at UPS and I know just why ! I’m causation😟 If they only knew.

Thank You so much Alex!!! I went to the UPS on 290 and Tidwell the representative stated I needed a tracking number. Alex was kind and helpful. He open the box and scan the code and gave me my receipt. We need more customer service representative that knows their job. Thanks again Alex for your excellent customer service. If I could give you 10 stars 🌟 I would. Thanks

Whoever owns this store clearly doesn't care about being professional or upholding the UPS reputation. There is a line of people waiting and the store is not open. Not a good look UPS!

The girl who notarizes never helped us because she was wrapping packages! Never gave us an estimate time. We waited patiently and never gave us time frame. We left and she never acknowledge us once. Horrible service.
