This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. I go here for literally everything. They are way faster and friendlier than the Fed Ex down the street. The culture here is so great because the owner/manager is awesome. When I go to other places the team members don’t ever seem to care.

The team at this UPS Store is outstanding! Carlos and Orlando are always professional, efficient and on top of their A-game. I’ve been a more than satisfied customer for seven years and their consistent service and dedication will have me coming for at least another seven years.

This is a place where I always come to for years and it by my house, this is the first I come early in the morning around 8:35am and the store opens at 8am and says they haven’t even turn on the computer and they won’t turn it on until an hour to print papers. Recommending me to go to another ups so I won’t have to wait while there is no other customer in the store. Being the only person working that shouldn’t effect you turning on a device and start business. As a store running business everything should have be set ready to start business at business hours therefore maybe having the employees come in on time maybe an hour early before business start so we don’t have to wait an hour to turn on a computer to print a paper. Usually I never had an issue in this location but this was the first unacceptable excuse maybe people were lazy and didn’t want to deal with any working too hard in the morning.

Awful customer service every time I come by. The guy helping me today (8/30/25 at 3:30pm) called me names after I told him I would take my business somewhere else. This was my last time stepping foot in this UPS. I went straight to FedEx, who were super nice. The guy at UPS clearly does not like his job and shouldn’t be helping customers, as he is hurting the store’s revenue and reputation.

Came in to simply check the weight of a small item before deciding how to ship it. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive — wouldn’t even allow me to use the scale for a second. Mentioned Flat Rate and was immediately cut off with a cold “We don’t have that.”
There was zero patience or basic courtesy — not even a moment to ask a question or get assistance.
Basic customer service clearly doesn’t exist here. Avoid this location from now on — not worth dealing with such hostility over something so simple.

This is a great customer service store!
Orlando and Carlos are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, caring & always happy to help me with my packages when I go there. Theses employees should be recognized and compensated for their good work and the positive way they represent this UPS store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't say enough good things about my visit. The store was so clean and well-organized, and it smelled wonderful as soon as I walked in. I was helped by Emily, who was incredibly nice and made the whole experience a pleasure. She was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Terrible customer service. The young lady that helped me did not seem to want to help at all. I arrived with a label that needed to be printed instead of the QR code I requested. When I ask how I could get the QR code, she just stared at me with a blank look. When I shifted my approach to asking for help printing, the shipping label she again gave me a blank look. After about a minute of awkward silence, she then directed me to the diy computer and printing system they have for which they charge you $1.30 (not a big deal, but really) for your labor. I flat out stated that I did not know what I was doing and that I needed help with the instructions. What followed after was vague at best. I recommend using a different shipping service. Or the very least going to a different UPS store.

This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this store the managers (light skin dude and a tall white man)
Has to be the rudest I’ve ever met.
Light skin with freckles acts like what you’re saying doesn’t make sense and uses a mocking tone when repeating what the issue is. White man doesn’t offer any help and gets upset at the young white lady when I asked to speak to him.
I have a missing package that the store shipped for me. The run around from the corporate number I received from the white man doesn’t help at all.
I really wish there was a way to report/Start an investigation on the team working because I turkey believe my package was stolen from that store and was never shipped.
Edit: I believe the light skin guy name is Orlando.
