The lady that was working this morning did an excellent job of taking care of the customers all while providing excellent customer service . She clearly knows her job very well. We need more people like this in the work force.

Rude staff - no uniform, bring you kid to work day and not know how to use the system or where Korea is. Asked me to print a label and bring back! Ended up using mail in a box down the street to ship via UPS rather than the actual UPS store!

The confidence I have that UPS will deliver/send my packages without fail. I have never had any issues that could not be resolved with UPS like I have experienced with FedEx and USPS.

The woman with bunch of tattoos was so rude to me. She told me that I was slowing her down when there was no one there in the store. She seemed annoyed to the fact that she needed to type the address, so she didnt even try to bother taking the address and printed me a piece of paper for me to write the information. She just seemed like she was annoyed at the fact that she needed to work. I would say competency over DEI

The lady staff work on Monday afternoon shift is very rude to customers. She does not wear uniform nor a name tag. I have been to this UPS twice to drop of packages. Both times, she was listening to music on earphones, singing out loud as she is serving me. On the second time, she threw my packages to a big Amazon return box from a distance and talked to me in a loud voice when I asked simple questions. Luckily, nothing is fragile inside my return boxes. However, this is very disrespectful. It was a very disappointed experience I had both times with this lady. I want to bring this to the management attention and hope to see the changes.

I came here several weeks ago to find this location closed well over an hour before their posted closing time. Frustrating, yes, which led me to leave a negative one-star review. However, I have been back multiple times and have not been disappointed so I decided to update my review. The main person who works in front is friendly and quick to assist everyone who walks in. Even when the line is long and busy, I don't wait for more than 3-5 min. Overall, while I was frustrated with my initial review, I think this is a more fair review.

I came in to make a return. I immediately informed the lady that I am Deaf, therefore she needed to communicate with me efficiently. She disregarded that and still talked to me and it was apparent I did not understand. She stood there looking at me like an idiot. I had just came from getting treatment at MD Anderson down the street and was not in the mood to stand up for myself and educate her on communication with Deaf people so I turned around and left. I suggest that lady needs some reminders on how to deal with different people.

I’m confused. Why do the hours on your door say opens at 8am. But I’m standing right here looking inside at 9:21 am and the doors are locked and there’s no employee to be found. Today is Thursday and it’s not a holiday. So, what the deal?

The lady that works there is so rude. She doesn't' care about customer service, greeting you, etc., she's just there to grab your package and get you out of her face as quickly as she can.

I ordered an iPhone 8 plus and they sent me a 7 without accessories and it was blocked, I returned it and on this date they did not refund my money.
