Very friendly staff! Fast and efficient! I’ve went there on multiple occasions and it’s been like this each time. The lines have been out the door at times but the wait time was not a problem. The team worked together every time to get customers in and out. The manager should be very proud!

I can not say enough good things about this location. The entire staff is so helpful but Karen is literally amazing,friendly,overly helpful, always smiling and gives off such great energy. This is the first review I have ever made but this level of service and staff should get appreciated.

Ms Karrel and Dazjah are the two ladies that I have to stop to recognize they are so sweet nice professional kind helpful always pleasant Ms karrel goes above and beyond helpful in each and every way no matter what it is the ladies have smiles on there faces every time I go into the The UPS Store they are helpful in so many ways from boxes 📦 big or small packages fax, copies, computer help they are right there to help from beginning to end kudos 👏🏾 to the both of them!

This UPS Store is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly, and every visit feels like coming home. The manager, Deija (sorry if I misspelled it!), and the entire team have created a concierge-level experience that goes above and beyond. Their service is warm, welcoming, and efficient—like a ray of sunshine!

The young Hispanic lady with the glasses is very rude, no professionalism at all. As soon as I walked in the The older African-American lady Greeted me. The younger Hispanic lady walk slowly from the back, chewing gum on the phone, waving her hand like coming down here as I approached didn’t say good morning or anything. She just pick up the scanner to start scanning things. She was so occupied on the phone. She started scanning the wrong things with the wrong receipt the older African-American lady had to come in and assist her due to her being on the phone, not being able to focus on the customers. She then printed my receipt set it on the counter didn’t ask my name or anything and placed on the receipt not provided no you didn’t ask for any information. Horrible service

Wow, I showed up a fifteen minutes until close with some complex stuff just in case they could do it. Not only did they handle it with incredible patience and in-depth assistance, I watched them not rush any other customers that were coming in just at closing. They even had a customer with piles of things walking in just a few minutes before close. That customer later became slightly impatient with her own disorganization but addressed it toward the staff. I watched them handle her with such grace and patience and in-depth assistance as well. This is a phenomenal team. The three guys on shift Sunday at 3:30 PM March 9: Stellar!

This UPS store is the nicest UPS store in our area. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. My mother-in-law and father-in-law needed a notary and she’s in a wheelchair. The staff was so kind and helped us in every way possible. I feel so blessed when I meet people like this

I absolutely love the UPS store at E. Sam Houston Pkwy! The staff, Dazjah and Karrel, are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They provide fast and efficient service, and I really appreciate their patience when I have questions or need assistance. This is my go-to place for returning and mailing items. I highly recommend the UPS store for all your shipping needs.

I’ve been a costumer of this specific store for a couple years and ever since they started hiring kids my satisfaction with service has gone extremely low. Today I went to sent a package and instead of letting me know that the tablet screen wasn’t working he just charged me even though I was letting him know I wanted an email notification so I know when my package gets taken and delivered and I was ignored saying yeah it’s done and nothing happened. After I had to go back inside the store because I didn’t received the email notification he said ohh the screen wasn’t working and he would have to cancel everything refund me the money and charge me again. My thing is why not do it right from the beginning so I wouldn’t have to pay twice.
