This store is weird. All the clothes look like 90s meets shag carpet in the bath room.

I swear 10-14 years ago urban outfitters had the cutest clothes. I had this cute silky blouse that was long and had buttons. Now the clothes are literally trash. I walked around the entire store and walked out. There is nothing worth buying. Also forget about it if you’re over the size of extra small. This store has nothing for plus sizes. The extra large is a joke. The selection of clothes is all trendy but garbage.

Sad children looking for overpriced clothing label validation. Star for the coffee mug I got for $2.50 in the clearance area. But lost it on the $6 Bubble Tape.

Urban Outfittters always offers a good selection. Many clothes though are polyester so keep that in mind with the Houston heat.

My shopping experience at this location was the worst ever in my life! I understand you have secret shoppers in your store. But the employee was completely invading my space, while I was browsing the store with my son and husband, the guy followed me around particularly. I went to smell the cologne that was placed by the hats/caps and the guy pretended to try on a cap and stood right next to me very closely, almost touching me. I could feel his body heat. It made me feel very uncomfortable, so I walked away and continued to browse other things. But then that’s when I noticed the guy staring right at me from fake trying on the cap into the reflection of the mirror. So, I walked over to the other end of the store and browsed more things. As I was showing my son an item. I happen to look up and met the eyes of the guy. He was fake looking at the vinyl albums. That was strike three for me. I proceeded to walk out the door, but it wouldn’t open. It was locked, the sign said to go through other doors at the other end of the store. I told my husband that we were being watched and I needed to get out of there asap! I felt violated, unwanted in that store, hated for my skin and it was very unsettling! My energy did a 180. My husband noticed how upset I was as I was walking out of the store. He went to speak the manager about our experience. But I didn’t stick around to defend myself or back him up. I just needed to get out of there. We will never be going back! Teach your employees not to be a racist profiling helicopter hovering creeper!

It’s my daughter’s birthday and we gifted her $100. She wanted to buy a shirt that was $49 and tried to pay with the $100 bill and they told her they don’t take cash. I called the store to talk to the manager Michelle and she confirmed that they do, in fact, take cash. My WHITE passing wife went back into the store to pay for the shirt. So logic tells me that the only reason they didn’t sell our daughter the shirt is because she’s a young Black girl that the staff assumed couldn’t possibly have a legitimate $100 bill. Do better Urban Outfitters.

It’s a well-lit, clean location. Parking kinda sucks here, but otherwise this store is decent. I mostly use the UO app to shop, but I come here to make returns and browse occasionally. The service is always good. The Galleria location might be slightly neater though.

Amazing location and staff is excellent. Always welcoming and nice to their customers. I give a four star because there is a lack of a men's section which is the only reason I mainly order from this place online but I would love an addition of a larger men's section because I live 5min away

Stopped here to kill time before the Yard House's happy hour started (which we highly recommend by the way). I'm sure my feelings if this place are just because I'm "old"... but I am in absolute awe of how UGLY the clothes are here... they are straight out of the 90s. I mean, I could pull out photos from my adolescent years and I'm probably wearing most of these. Nonetheless, I lived through the 90s and do not care to return. The people buying stuff here were probably born 2005 or later. Somehow what is being sold here is "cool, hip and trendy." I see "dated, overpriced and lame." You could probably go to Goodwill and find the same stuff for CHEAP. I mean, it literally looks like Goodwill merchandise except with designer price tags. Ick. Nope. No thanks. Not for me. Won't be back.

This urban outfitters is huge I loved it. The dressing rooms are open which is a big plus. Employees were friendly and didn’t ask me if I was okay 1000 times so that was cool too lol I felt like I could just do my thing and shop in peace. I came right when they opened at 10am so parking was right in front of the door.
