Urban Tails took in our 3 dogs during the Houston power outage in July 2025. We were desperate to get our dogs out of our house which was too hot for them. Urban tails had power and took excellent care of our dogs on short notice. We are so grateful to them and highly recommend.

Everyone here is so sweet to our pup. The daycare was small enough our girl didn’t feel overwhelmed; she was groomed and had her nails did all for a super reasonable price! We will be back again and again.

Urban Tails is hands down the best! They are kind, caring, responsible and so easy to work with. We have been taking our lab there for almost four years and we couldn’t be more grateful for them!
