Safe, well lit location with great staff.I visit many self car washes and this one surpasses them all.Tonight around 930pm I was visiting and an employee named Blaire was there and he was so helpful.He was checking in at each bay, making sure things were working properly. He was even seeing if anyone needed a cold water bottle.I have never seen such amazing customer service at a self car wash.He took time to make sure I knew how to properly dry my car, after I asked him a question about it...Overall I was very very happy, considering purchasing a membership because of this experience.Thank you Joes & thank you Mr.Blaire!

Although my boyfriend had been coming for years, this was my first time! Yes the service is nice, place clean and well kept with that advertises and amenities... yes, but the customer service!! The older gentleman that helped us was so friendly, polite and also caring. He was going around asking on the vacuum side who had washed in spot 3 because the credit card was still running money. I said it was me lol and he gave me 15 minutes free on the vacuums to replenish the money I had lost at the wash section. So servicing! Definitely making this my new wash spot!

A time is money type of car wash made me realize that at half the cost I do a half ass job than paying the full price for someone else to clean it.

This was my first experience at a self-service car wash and it was an amazing one! Blair clearly explained how each function worked and helped us each time we bugged him with a question. I would definitely come back, maybe even consider a membership!

My first car wash here and it was free. Wonderful place, really cute. Heard some good tunes while I was washing. Thank you to Blair for assisting me with how everything works. Loved the pink soap and wax! How fun! Will be back!

This place is great! Joe is so nice and the car wash speaks for Itself. All the machines work perfectly and the uppity Music playing sets the mood just right! There's an Autozone right across the street if you need detailing products and the car wash is in a safe area for some late night washing. I will be using Joe's Car Wash from here on out!

Took my vehicle here for the first time as I'm from out of state and was visiting the area. Employee on property happily explained how everything worked and there were many options for products to utilize. However, I found a few flaws with their car wash. For one, it was quite expensive at $1/min. Next, the water pressure was quite mediocre and required me to use my own sponge and brushes I brought with me to get all the grime off. Also, the rinse option took nearly a minute in itself to revert to just water after using the soap option. I found these all to be deceptive business practices when compared to the countless self service car washes I've visited over the years.

Great do it yourself car wash! All the Bays and Vaccums take credit cards and you simply swipe and tell it when to stop when you are done. So no more having to find change..

The management is very helpful and friendly. The car wash has everything that you could need and is well maintained. It gets pretty busy.
