If I can give 0 stars I would. The communication is only via email so you have to wait at least 24 hours to get a response from them. I placed an order for shipment to Rwanda. After placing the order I was told I had to pay by wire transfer but they didn't send me the info for the wire transfer. So a couple days go by and the finally email that then I had to ask for my total...more days wasted. I sent the wire transfer and that took 2-3 to clear on their end before they could release the order for shipment. Just when I thought my shipment was going to be sent, I get another email stating that a travel size perfume from scentbird and 2- 1.7 oz deodorants had to be removed because they have alcohol as 1 of their ingredients so they can not be included for air travel. Mind you, these items can be in carry-on luggage when you fly commercial planes. It took over 10 days for my order to be shipped and the final cost was $200+ less than the amount I sent in the wire transfer. Of course, they tell me afterwards that the difference in cost is a credit that will be applied to my account to be used with them only. So now I'm out over $200 because I requested to cancel my account. They said they recommend I keep it so I can use the credit but I will never use their services. It was such a terrible experience, I'd rather forfeit that $200+ just to cancel within my 30 day trial which is up Dec 11. The pictures they take of the packages are hardly legible. The website is not user friendly or updated. The phone number listed just rings and rings. Just terrible all together. Save your money go somewhere else. Smh

Beware of pricing, Basic plan is quite dishonest.
On the website, the Basic plan is advertised as free, with a $23 setup fee. So it seems perfect for “pay for what you use”.
Except that as soon as you receive a mail, you pay, -which is fine-, BUT now you can't discard it from your interface anymore (a “limitation” of the Basic plan).
And then you'll be billed every month for storage fees (in my case, $1).
Want to close your account? That'll be $15.
In the end, everything is designed to get you to pay.

USA2me has provided me with a fantastic way to receive my mail and products from the United States to Colombia. I wish I would have known about this service a year ago because it would have saved me a lot of money in shipping alone. The response time of the staff in responding to questions is fast. And there is also a quick response in getting my shipments out in a timely fashion.

Great service!!! I'm on the basic plan which is FREE, I only pay when I need it. Any time had problem or question sent an email and had a quick reply. Their website is a bit old school, but everything works well and easy. They're truly a godsend for someone not in a fixed location.

Company fraught with incompetence, and unexplained charges that are not accompanied by bills or statements. Vanishing mail. Scans barely legible. Owner is at top of the incompetence. You are better off elsewhere. Stay away from this company for your own sake.

Have been looking for a mail service to replace Escapees and this place is right down the road from the hotel I usually stay at in Houston. However, according to the website they charge you a fee to pick up your own mail. That's crazy. Why would you charge me a fee to simply hand over my mail when it didn't cost you any time, gas, or postage?

Always padding the bill; verified cc theft/fraud & pilfering from the mail. When reported to the GM, I was told to take my biz elsewhere.**Do Not** use for financial documents of any kind.You've been warned!!!

Stay away. They charged me $43 dollars to forward a letter that was junk mail, AFTER I told them not to send it. Even after cancelling the service they still try to charge me the monthly fee. Thieves! The images they provide are incomplete.
