Recently it’s never time during business hours. Since last week and this week I have gone at noon and it isn’t open and there isn’t a sign that the hours have changed. Please update the hours if the hours have changed.

This place is convenient to downtown workers, but the hours on google are wrong. The hours say 1 pm - 2 pm closed. But they seem to close at 12:30 pm. I have been twice and they were closed at 12:35 pm.

Very unprofessional customer service. I came with 15 certified mails at 2:10. The lady acted very emotional saying she can’t do 15 mails because she was the ONLY ONE in the post office. When I was being served, I was constantly putted aside for at least 8 times for EVERY customer came after me. After asking me to step aside (which I did ) the lady still feel unhappy with me she then ordered me to stand back more and stay away from the counter because she has other customers. She made me feel being punished for bringing more mails. I then asked if I was treated the right way she even tried to throw the mails back to me and refuse service to me until I started videoing (Yes I had to video the situation to protect my right for mailing which is ridicules). I have NEVER EVER had such a horrible experience before. As a customer, it’s pretty obvious the frustration and embarrassment that I had to face.

This place is located at the Northeast corner of Fannin and McKinney across from Morton’s Steakhouse. As you go in the building you can see it on your left. Fast and friendly.

The lady at the front was very helpful with helping me ship my item. Took about only 2 minutes to have everything ready.

The lady over there doesn’t like to work with the public.. she hates people. I received a priority mail. I used the same envelope and buy a usps label to ship something else back. She say I couldn’t use that envelope cuz the label is ground service, that is odd but understandable. She of course get mad when I started asking question cuz she think she knows it all because she has been so many years working there. She told me that I was cheating, I told her that I will wrap a paper to hide the priority label she told me she will unwrap whatever box I bring next time to check . She also yell me to leave or she will call security. So sad that she is always so upset. I’ve see her treating people that way more than once

On the street level. Enter via Fannin st and McKinney st entrance, turn left before the escalators. Then turn left again when you see silver mailboxes (right before Bank of America). Very efficiently run.

Went in at 3 no line but it’s on the ground floor at corner of McKinney and Fannin. So enter and walk immediately left.

Just be happy with a Post office lots of Post office are closeing doors for good or don't have a Post office you have to go long way to get to one.Some are old but has history!I'm going to find it. You not went inside okay
