Clean environment and the staff are better than some locations

I know Post offices and bureaucracy type of things really suck, but I've weirdly had good experiences here. I mostly just stick to the self-service kiosk, which is really fast if you come here on a weekday in the middle of the day. Also Brian the manager here was really helpful when I needed a few additional requests.

The dropbox for this post office doesn’t even open and I had scanned four packages to drop in the box and it wouldn’t even open enough to put one of my packages in and then it doesn’t even close to drop the packages into their bin. This post office needs to get that fixed ASAP and somebody was behind there talking to me and I asked her to come grab them from me and she just ignored me. Insane

I don’t work at the post office. So I don’t know how to properly wrap, create my own shipping label, and place the label myself. I felt more comfortable asking the customers in line for help than staff.

I've lived in quite a few areas across the country and this is by far the absolute WORST USPS I've ever encountered. Not sure where to start but let's start outside. The cement stops that are in front of each lined parking space are either all shoved around and/or broken or both. It makes many of them unusable for larger SUV's and trucks. Get someone out to set them in place with new permanent stakes and paint the lines. A few months ago, one of the light poles actually rusted and broke in half at the entrance and laid across a portion of the ingress/egress for many, many days. Not only is it inexusable this was not rectified the same day but it was also a safety hazard for drivers, especially the large number of elderly, retired folks who frequent the location. Inside, I used to take my prepaid/labeled packages inside to get a printed tracking receipt and was continually told to use the kiosk, which is fine but numerous times I go to use the kiosk, it is either not working or out of paper. Then when you finally are fortunate enought to get it to work, you go to the drum to drop in your package and the thing has a broken handle (nothing to grab), except to palm the drum and try to roll it open in which it barely opens before completely sticking and not moving. This has been like this for months on end. It is absolutely unacceptable for management/supervisors to allow this to continue. Take some pride in your facility both inside and outside and clean up the place and make sure everything is operable and clean. Don't forget, this entity is paid for and funded by taxpayer money and I'm certain all employees make a very decent wage/benefits. It's just another example of what happens when you get the Federal government is involved in a business (i.e. USPS, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security). PLEASE DO BETTER AT THIS LOCATION AS YOUR CUSTOMERS & TAXPAYERS DESERVE MUCH MORE !!!!

I ship packages weekly using prepaid QR codes for labels. The self-service kiosk is how I typically do this, making it quick and easy. Occasionally, the QR scanning feature is out of service on the self-service kiosk so I will go into the office and have the employees scan and print it for me which I have only encountered an issue with this twice, including today. The first time it happened I was told about a week later from a manager that if someone there refuses to scan the QR code again, they are not doing their job and I should request a manager. I kept that in mind but did not encounter issues with the self-service again until today. When I went inside the employee kept refusing to scan my QR code and told me if the self-service isn’t working then to go to another USPS location. I only have time to ship packages on my lunch break during work so this was not a possibility. She was very rude when refusing/telling me to do this.

I see why this place has a 2 star review. I pay for a P.O. Box to access my mail and packages 24/7. They are so lazy, that they don't put the packages in the box and put the key in your box. Instead, they write some BS on a yellow piece of paper to get the package during business hours. Why TF am I paying for the box then? If you not going to be putting my packages where they are supposed to be??? They do this over and over. The boxes are NOT all occupied because i see the keys hanging on them!

Super rude employee!! I was shocked at the treatment I received today. I came with two packages ready to ship with QR code labels and I wanted a receipt to show proof of drop off for my customer and this lady behind the counter refused. She kept yelling at me to drop it in the bin and that she was not going to give me a receipt. I continued waiting in line behind other customers and she continuously yelled at me to get out of line and to go drop my packages in the box or leave them on the counter and that they don’t provide the receipts for packages that already have the labels. So rude, lazy, and unprofessional to continually berate me for waiting in line for a service that is offered by every other usps location in the country’. I went down the street to the greenbriar location where they scanned my package for me and provided a receipt no problem. Horrible location I will never go here again I don’t see how they’re allowed to treat people this way.

Great service. Greeted with inquiry as to what I could be helped with. Efficiently helped me mail my book in separate envelopes, one for each person I'm sending to. Charged at Book rate. 10 am Tuesday. How does it get better than this.

12 person line with only 1 staff member to help. Appalling service, trying to mail important documents internationally without any assistance. You’re left to guess yourself what envelopes to use and what astronomic price you’ll be told when you’re ready. Drive to another location and pray you get better service

Thanks to this USPS for patience with an endless line of frequently impatient, some unprepared, people shipping for Christmas. My package from Houston to NYC arrived yesterday— a day earlier than Priority said it would! 💕 🫡 Thanks USPS!!! 😊 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
